    Wonderful

    Would stay again to enjoy the beach so close and being looked after by the lovely staff.

    Pros: The room was very clean and tidy, loved our stay here. Staff were very friendly and happy to help with any requests, including sourcing a scooter for us. Nice to be down the quieter end of the beach but still able to walk to the busy areas. Beautiful beachfront area for breakfast each day. The stay felt very homely. Would recommend highly and would stay again.
    Cons: The rooms are a villa style and could be classed as a little dated however this doesnt affect the stay.

    Dirty unkempt tired rooms never improved since built decades ago yet expensive.

    Pros: It was right on the beach and a fairly quiet end. The good part ends there!!!
    Cons: Everything else: Not a true reflection of the Booking.com rating. Old, unkempt, grubby, tired rooms. Even the bathroom was extremely poor standard especially considering the price we paid. Entrance way was tired old creaking boards and not a healthy place so of course we saw rodents coming up between the boards the following morning. Cockroach in one of the rooms was the last straw. Arrived late re. 10pm so had to stay the one night. Hardly slept a wink. Old timber panelling put up maybe in the 90s and awful old grimy furniture youd get for a tenner in the back of a dingy auction room. Left the next morning after an ok breakfast. No manager, no owner on site. Just two women who fobbed us off. No hint of a refund. Worst experience Ive had at a hotel ever and definitely worse one we booked through Booking.com. Complained to yourselves and was listened to which was great but yet to get any joy re. refund for the 4 nights we did not stay. Booked 2 rooms for my wife and daughter and I for 5 nights for over 1000. Not worth a penny. Went next door and got two large exceptionally clean modern rooms, one was for the same price as Sans Souci.

    Pros: Was back for a second stay, and will be back next time in Samui. Chill place at the beach with the peace and quiet and good atmosphere that I love. Thanks to the wonderful staff for keeping the place like it is. And thanks again for bringing my hoodie to the airport when I had forgotten it in the closet:-)

    Pros: The property is nice, clean, good position.
    Cons: We had an issue at check in and the staff was not helpful. They claimed they cannot solve the problem and the manager did not want to discuss with us. Really poor communication and I felt the stuff did not want to help at all.

    Pros: The hotel is among the nicest places weve been. Very easygoing and chill atmosphere with a beautifully maintained garden. They got an outdoor library, some pets (a couple of dogs, a cat and some turtles) that add to that homey atmosphere. Rooms are not supermodern, but comfy. No pool but who needs a pool when you got the most tranquil beach right in front of you? Good breakfast served alacarte and wonderful staff that seem to love the place too. Location a bit away from things but theres a restaurant at premises with good food, and theres also a couple of alright places nearby up and down the road. If youre in for some awesomeness get up before the birds and experience the sunrise on the beach. Thanks for a good time, were definitely coming back.

    Pros: The beach is Amazing and good for swimming! Quiet and chill corner at the end of chaweng area. Sea view from almost all of the rooms, great stream in the shower and The gardens at the property are beautiful and very relaxing. The staff was kind and welcoming.
    Cons: The rooms are a bit old, the bed was too hard for us.
