Pros: The reception looked nice the bed was comfortable

Cons: I didnt like how rude the staff at reception were we decided to stay on for an extra couple of days and this was the worst decision we made. We were quite a price and then they upped the price when we came to pay at checking. The reception manager Sammi and harper were dismissive and got the prices completely wrong. They tried charging us the summer prices even though they had signs up around the hotel telling everyone they are now in the winter months and parts of the hotel is closed. DONT STAY HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.

Looks good but no attention to detail

Pros: Great location, lovely appearance and room size.

Cons: Lacking attention to detail in many aspects. Shower drain blocked, hooks falling out of the bathroom walls, lock for the bedroom door temperamental. Cocktail barman more interested in chatting to another person than making drinks (made multiple mistakes).

Pros: Overall our stay was very pleasant

Cons: Just a few comments, in relation to the bathroom in particular, 1 the door was constantly squeaking 2 the bath towels were very small 3 the stopper in the handbasin didn't work properly. Also we would have appreciated if extra coffee, tea and milk were available on a daily basis.

Wonderful

Pros: The room was outstanding. I also booked a three hour spa session with Made and I had one of the best spa experiences ever. She was terrific!

Cons: What I liked least about my stay related to many young teenagers & small children running up and down the hallways and other public areas, and one even Pranked opening the emergency door. This is of course not the hotels problem but a parenting problem.

Pros: Rooms are luxury with a Sea View and breakfast amazing . Outdoors Pools are in two sections. One of them Adults Only & the other one is for families with children etc.. Indoor pool area with Sauna ,Jacuzzi & Steam Bath in the Spa Area amazing.

Cons: Food at Vecchia Napoli Restaurant on the 2 times that I went to eat there. Service disaster

Pros: The lagoon pool area was an adult only area in the hotel which was nice and tranquil. It had a bar with very refreshing cocktails and a super friendly bar man from north Macedonia! My room was big and had a sea view. Spa staff were super.

Cons: Location, it is a little out of town so something to be mindful of when booking. My bathroom was not the cleanest. There was orange seed in the sink, hairs and dust on the panel behind the toilet and brown stains in the hair dryer which I wasnt taking a chance with touching. Only one staff member thanked me for adding a tip to my check. He was friendly chatty and served a great cocktail. After that not one other staff member said thank you after I tipped throughout my stay and I tipped for each meal and drink I had in the hotel, which I found a bit rude. The man who checked me in was not friendly and did not help with any questions I had either all he did was tell me to read my welcome letter.
