Pros: The onsen was very nice, perhaps not the best we've been to, but very nice. My son enjoyed the room ofuro too. The meals offered in their restaurant were spectacular!

Cons: It is a little tricky getting into the city from the location, though it was very convenient from the airport.

Nice hotspring hotel with a view

Pros: We booked the room with hot spring open air bath. It was worth every penny we paid extra. The view was great, we kept watching planes landing to Okinawa without any noise. The hotel was generous in offering us slightly early check in so we can enjoy the hotspring a wee bit more. The location is good as it is close to Naha with everything you need within 20mins of drive.

Cons: It costs quite a bit, but a great option for special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries

Luxury stay with breakfast

Pros: Large room. Nice onsen tub in room. Tatami mat for sitting. Breakfast spread was nice.

Cons: Toilet is a bit far away from bathroom and sink.

We celebrated a birthday so we had a very nice and relaxing weekend.

Pros: We loved the friendly staff and complimentary breakfast. The onsen in the room was very private and enjoyable experience.

Cons: The shops at the terrace closed too early. I think they would get more business if they stayed open later. There were no convenience stores nearby. We had to drive off the island to get supplies we forgot.

Pros: The location was good. Staff were excellent, always willing to go over and beyond to assist despite the inability of some of them to communicate in English. The spa was great, and the onsen was my favourite

Cons: First when I checked in the onsen clothes said free size. I couldnt even put one leg in the pants. I have been to on send all over Japan and have worn free size. The idea of wearing a 3L pants with a big 3 L label showing was not a very happy feeling especially since 20 years ago I lost a lot of weight and kept it off. Second although the room was new it had a few problems. One was that there was no night table between the beds and only 1 plug to charge electronic de ices and the idea of putting them on the floor I worried they might get stepped on. Putting them on a shelf I worried they might fall and break. Also no night lights at the bed to read. Another item is availablity of restaurants . After taking an onsen bath I dont want to change clothes to go out to eat and the in hotel restaurant was very expensive.

Great location, exceptional view, helpful staff, awesome breakfast!

Pros: The view is beautiful, looking out to the ocean, you can also see planes landing as it overlooks Naha airport. With the outdoor private hot spring, it certainly did take away my tiredness of travelling. Breakfast is next level, it is one of the most enjoyable meals Ive ever had in my life. Staff is amazing, polite and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. Parking is another thing that i appreciate, lots of free parking spaces right next to the hotel. Location is great, near lots of great restaurants and shops, with a perfect weather, I can easily spend a whole exploring around the area.

Cons: Pillow, too soft for me. Hurt my neck and shoulders.

Cons: As nothing was open or available I was hugely surprised not to have been offered a discount or compensation. This was of course due to the typhoon but this was afforded us in our resort in Ishigaki.
