    Solo traveler with a few nights. RQ was perfect

    Pros: Its in a great location. Right down town in the middle of everything. uber from and to the airport was super easy. I was on the 21st floor with an Awesome view of the sunset over the city. Breakfast was simple but very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was well appointed. Its a very good value in down town Santiago. Do it.

    Relaxing hotel with a great location to enjoy Santiago

    Pros: Great location as a tourist. The breakfast provided in the room is a good start for the day. There are two good supermarkets right by the hotel and lots of places you can walk to. The bed was very comfortable, room spacious and wifi good. We would definitely stay again.
    Cons: The only thing I didn't like was that the cleaning staff are so noisy - they yell at each other between rooms and floors and this can be quite noisy. Everything else was great.

    Poorly managed property with no concern for making customers stay enjoyable

    Pros: Location is great. Located on an inner piazza. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. Apartment is clean and modern.
    Cons: Internet is very poor. Slow and cutout or down often. Could not adjust the AC which was above the bed. Very uncomfortable when trying to sleep. Temperature of shower kept fluctuating. Very few dishes in the kitchen. Nothing available to wash dishes. Staff cleaned dishes, but only once a day. Advertised that there is a swimming pool but it was no longer operational. When brought to staff's attention, they were indifferent.

    Wonderful

    Great place to stay in Santiago, I would choose it again

    Pros: Superfriendly professional staff - Mr Eugene - very helpful and I am still thankful for his engagement with check-in. Great location, breathtaking view, comfort in the appartment.
    Cons: Reaching the location - garage entrance - extremly difficult, we did not get any description to that and two different navigations were not able to guide us properly. The breakfast - could be really better for this price.

    Pros: Great location close to the centre, though this made it a bit quiet on the weekend. Staff were friendly and helpful.
    Cons: Room was a strange shape (but spacious), breakfast was delivered the afternoon before! It was rather basic too.
