    Pros: Checking out
    Cons: The unbelievable amount of noise from the cars passing by during the morning rush and the excess slamming of doors all night from other guests. Also my room smelled like a high school boys locker room.

    Pros: Accommodations
    Cons: Customer service at front desk needs more training. Got to the hotel after 11pm traveling with a 74 year old Combat Veteran who was very tired and the room key did not work. Had to go downstairs to have this corrected only to find out that the second time the room key did not work either. Only the third time around after we got shuffle rooms did the key work.

    Pleasant stay in an interesting...

    Pros: Breakfast on Sunday was delicious with custom made omelets made by two chefs. Breakfast quite varied generally although best on Saturday and Sunday. Enjoyed the public rooms which were quite grand in I think a 60s style - chandeliers and gold ceilings for example - quite fun.
    Cons: Information about how you accessed the car park could be better.
