Pros: Large well equipped room, clean kitchen and bathroom. Good bakery and bioshop close-by, at walking distances of center of Vincennes, Parking in streets close to hotel is free at night and on Sundays. We used Marigny parking underground during the day itself at 14euro/(9-18h)).

Cons: There's no finished gym, no sauna, no bar, no billiard and not elevator. all is 'in renovation' sorry, we just kept the price and the publicity the same, and continue to charge you for what is not available to you during your stay. You have to sign 5 documents digitally, which gives all rights to the direction of the hotel, and leaves you the right to pay and leave on time. You have to pay 200 euro caution for a room you have not seen, and bring up all pre-existing issues of the room (e.g. scarred damaged vitroceramic plate) or you may or may not be charged for it (just find out 1.5 weeks after you're back at home... ). basically we were at unease at this hotel for our entire stay, because of the direction policies, after many signatures on legal documents, to get an authorized allowance to stay while feeling deprived of both rights and hospitality. Website Vincennes seems to indicates 4.88 euro tax de sejour for a 4 star hotel, this hotel charges 10.5 euro per person per night, with all the currently missing items of the publicity, it qualifies at 2 star I think.

Pros: the room was of good size, clean and with adequate amenities. the room being in the second building it was very quiet. The staff was very nice and help carry my luggage .

Cons: The lift was not working and we had to use the stairs, even though my room was on the 2nd floor which is not that high, it was very tiring to go up and down the round staircase.

Pros: A newly renovated building with excellent infrastructure. The studio apartment is ideal for single travelers or couples and offers everything you need, including kitchen utensils and ecological paper towels (toilet, kitchen). The studio and bathroom were very clean, very spacious and simple, but well furnished. 2 wardrobes for clothes. Very comfortable bed, not too soft, which I prefer. Very convenient that you can do laundry in the hotel. The staff is very helpful and speaks very good English. The remodeling wasn't finished yet, so the gym and bar area weren't open yet, but will definitely be top notch when finished. Highly recommended!

Cons: A breakfast/snack buffet would be great, where you could buy something small to eat and drink.

Cons: This is the second time I stay in the hotel and this time around was not good. The room had furniture that shown its age, most of it was ok though. The wifi was horrible, like the one from the early 2000s, couldn't even watch netflix. It was stable though, just really really slow. They never showed up to cleanup the room, they actually called me one day at 9:00AM to ask me if I wanted the room to be cleaned or just new towels, I said just new towels would be nice but they did not change them. There was construction going on on the facade, they failed to inform me about it so the room facade had scaffolding which meant a lack of privacy. I wake up at 5AM and the room was cold, I told them after the first night but they did not fix it.
