    Misleading posting

    Pros: The provided was great
    Cons: Misleading claim, what I booked comes with free breakfast and water bit the hotel does not provide water bottle at their room. The receptionist also insisted that the room I booked does not come with free breakfast even when I showed the booking details that it comes with free breakfast. If this is the case kindly revised your post as to prevent mis understanding.

    Pros: The bed was comfy. Quiet rooms and friendly staff. Food was on the expensive side but otherwise tasted great. Hotel is quite near a mall so most, if not all of our needs is a walk away.

    Pros: Close to robinson The bathtub, the fridge Cappuccino
    Cons: Usually it is very quiet. This time it was not, i was close to a door used by the cleaning and service staff (room 710). That door was very noisy all night. The staff was also noisy. My neighbour was noisy all night. Also usualy i love the bed. This time i could feel well the springs inside the bed. Sad because just with a bit of inexpensive oil and glued foam, you can silence that door forever. And avoid bad reviews.

    Old staff still remember us

    Pros: Front desk, concierge, and room service is excellent service. Keeping it up especially Ms Alvy, she help us a lot during our stayed there. And, the suprise thing was, the concierge staff right away remember us when he saw my daughter, after covid time in 3yrs. Thank you for still remembering us. When we arrive, the room light is a bit dark. And, luckily the housekeeping manage to get a standing light for us. Make the room more bright. Next trip we definately will stay here again.
    Cons: The room light is dark, so maybe can add more light would be perfect. And, please use the white light not the yellow light. Not all people like dim light in room, especially those family travel with kids.
