Cons: Showers not good, no Decaf coffe, which might seem petty, but I am allergic to caffeine, no parking.

Pros: I can't speak highly enough, for myself and two dogs, we had an enquire bathroom, TV with plenty of channels, full English breakfast, free tea, 100 metres from the beach for a fantastic price, lovely place, great staff, nothing negative to say at all

Pros: The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was outstanding and plenty of it, being able to have my dogs, mo and Lee was very accommodating with anything needed, fridge in the room big enough for drinks. Best pillows I have ever slept on, brilliant value for money

Roslyn on the English Riviera

Pros: The SW of England can be a bit pricey but an out-of-season deal at Roslyn Hse. proved good value. Warm, comfortable, modern en suite room and excellent cooked breakfast! Recommended.

Pros: Liked the fridge in room. Liked the fact I could set temperature on radiator to how warm I wanted room to be. So quiet I was asleep by 10.30pm and slept right through until morning. Loved being greeted by the hosts furry friends. Breakfast was delicious. Hospitality tray very generous. Complimentary shampoo and shower gel. Bed comfy, towels fluffy and room spotlessly clean.

VERY DISSAPOINTING

Pros: THE ONLY THING WE LIKED WAS THE LOCATION. THE PROPRIETOR WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND CHATTY. WAS OBLIGING WHEN WE COMPLAINED ABOUT NO ENSUITE BATHROOM

Cons: On arrival the place stank of dog everywhere. one bull dog followed us up the stairs and weed on the stairs. The granddaughter did apologise. However the 5 dogs consistently barked eveytime you walked through the door, and was allowed to roam the whole of the premises including the kitchen, were breakfast was prepared and cooked. The staff although pleasent and friendly, are obviously ineperinced in running a catering buiseness. They served food in dirty clothes the whole time we were there. The bedrooms and all facilities are very poor, shabby and was not clean. We read all the reviews before booking and did not recognise the premises the reviews have glowing reports. I can only assume this are false. Or their expectations are poor. Would never reccomend this place to anyone. Booking. com should not promote this facility. Had this been our first booking through booking .com we would not use this service. Very dissapointing

Pros: Nice, basic little guest house, especially if you like dogs. People and animals were all very friendly, the room was comfortable and the location convenient. I had a good night's sleep and found it excellent value for money.

Cons: Street Parking can be a bit hit and miss. we only had to park in a neighbouring road once though. But we knew this when we booked so not a complaint!
