Pros: Great location by the beach and to get to Cape Canaveral

Cons: A bit of a push on timeshares and strange voucher system for breakfast which is a disaster when you arrive on time but the kitchen is too busy so they wont take your breakfast order within the time window of your voucher and then it’s just - talk to the hand - no scope for getting the breakfast you had paid for and you are given the run around that a manager would deal with it. They were never on site to deal with it.

For the price we paid...

Pros: We had 3 kids with us and they were very excited about the game room, movie theatre, lazy river and the mini golf course.

Cons: There were quite of few things that could use improvement. Pool: The main pool was under maintenance during out stay, but we were not notified this would be the case ahead of our arrival. Towels: While the kids were in the hot tub, I rquested fresh dry towels from the front desk. I was met with a response that I would have to go to my room so they could deliver them to me. She eventually "made a one time exception" and provided the towels to me, but also mentioned that they are reluctant to do this because they want to make sure they have enough pool towels for the guests who were arriving that day (very odd). Breakfast: The server at the bar taking orders from everyone in the am was not a pleasant person. Her accent was very thick and hard to understand. The ordering process was also very odd. Prefer to either have a waitress at table or go through a buffet. Pool Bar: Our stay was during the NCAA basketball tournament. We were expecting to sit at that area, have a drink and watch some games while kids were enjoying the lazy river. There was only 1 TV that was working. We started watching the game and then the TV just stopped working. That was a bit of a bummer.

We do NOT recommend and...

Pros: Bed was comfortable, shower was good and we liked the shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.

Cons: Pool at the main building was closed and we were not informed ahead of time. We were told that we could use the pool at the other building, but our key cards wouldn’t work there. We complained to the front desk three times then finally gave up because nothing was done. Staff was not friendly at all, except for bartenders (they were excellent!!). No daily maid service. Had to request towels and daily necessities. Also no clean pool towels -we had to use to same ones all week and no place to hang any wet towels or bathing suits.

Pros: The bracelet for purchases and as room key was handy. Not sure why we had to wear an annoying plastic bracelet for the pool area.

Cons: Studio had one small window looking into corridor. Blinds allowed too much light into room at night. No room service or clean towels for three night stay. Used artificial fragrance in common areas that was annoying. Heavy sales pitch to buy a timeshare
