We left after everything happened

Pros: The fact that I got to spend time with my family

Cons: I got touched by a old man in there pool I had to call the cops and have the man escorted out of there but I was not refunded for my stay and tbh I was the reigned and I don’t know if I will ever stay at a hotel after that ever again

Pros: The location was very convenient. The beds are amazing and all around it was a pleasant stay

Cons: Everything was nice. My only complaint is I had to spend my last $50 on the deposit which would be put back on my card upon checkout and at checkout I was told it could take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days before I'm refunded my deposit. I'm homeless and would not have stayed here had I known my deposit wouldn't be available upon checkout like I was told by the lady that checked me in the day before. That's the only complaint I have honestly because I asked if it would be deposited back and she said yes, as soon as I'm checked out.

Pros: The proximity to Miller Road where a lot of fastfood joints and restaurants are.

Cons: The room wasn't tidy. The shower was filled with scum, the face sink and counter had a lot of shaving hair from the previous guest. There were not towels in the room and the receptionist gave me one from behind her desk. Im also not sure if they own a wet vacuum ; the carpet in the room was horribly dirty. She placed it on the counter that everyone touches and rest their bags and cups as soon as they walked in. The place was such a mess I was scared to eat the breakfast.

Cons: Absolutely disgusting. Sheets were gross. Holes in the wall, smells like cigarettes and weed. So dirty. Continental breakfast includes waffles and yogurt, only. You only get 2 towels- with 4 people. They refused to give any more. Staff was rude.

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. However, there were no hangers to hang clothes on nor any drawers.

Cons: we had to check in our rooms in a separate building. Then we had to go to the other facility for breakfast. Which was the chinciest breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. We won't be using this hotel again.

Pros: The fact they drained pool, are painting it and are improving the 2 combined hotels

Cons: The 2nd shift old lady that checks you in. She is always slow AF and rude. Why is it when the guy checks us in every other weekend it takes 3 minutes with her it's a 30 to 45 minute process. Check in is 3pm not 345pm, 430pm. She needs to go. I get weed is legal in Michigan but need to not have your lobby reek like it on checks in.
