Overall this hotel is good,...

Pros: The concept with graffiti on the walls, roof pools and patios inside the mansion is really cool. Lots of plants and music is also an advantage. Balcony with chairs is also cool. Location is very good, it’s near the beach and cafes.

Cons: The ceiling in the room was not painted at all. Staff told us that it was a concept of the hotel. But every morning you literally wake up just like in the construction area. Bathroom door was not closing properly. There was also a locker on it, that didn’t work. The balcony had two doors, but only one of them was closing properly. At one moment entry door to the room became locked and we had waited for more than 15 minutes before a man came and fixed the problem. There is no parking in the hotel. It was not a surprise, but the nearest parking demanded $40 flat rate for 1 night what was one on mind. So if you come by car, consider other parkings with hourly rates or lower overnight rates. There is no coffeemaker in the room, nor complimentary water.

Pros: I stayed here for a week. I liked that my room was big, clean, and comfortable. I loved the rooftop pool area. The AC and wifi worked with no issues. The bed was very comfortable. I liked that the hotel was secure and you needed a code to enter the building. Felt safe as a solo female traveler. The location was excellent for attending pool parties in the area and for accessing the beach, shopping, and dining. There's also a convenience store close by that has everything you need.

Cons: At one point during my stay the elevator was not working for a day or two. They unfortunately don't store your luggage, but you can hang out at the pool with your luggage if you're waiting for a flight.

Overall not bad, but there...

Pros: Convenient location. There is a bar in the hotel, another bar and a grocery store opposite. Also nearby is CVC. The beach is close. Not noisy. Polite staff. The rooms are well cleaned. There are enough towels and they are changed constantly. Beach towels are clean and dry. There is good unobtrusive music playing in the pool.

Cons: - Old TV with 2 channels. There was no way to even connect your YouTube. There are two useless TVs in the room. - The pool was heated well only on the first day. on other days the water in the pool was cool. The wooden sunbeds need to be replaced, they are uncomfortable. - The windows in the room do not open, so there is a musty smell. - On the last day of our stay, the elevator in our building stopped working. - AMEX cards are not accepted at the reception. It’s good that my friend had another credit card with him, otherwise we would have nothing to pay the deposit with.

Again, NOT a 4 star...

Pros: Only things I liked were the front desk staff that checked me in and the location.

Cons: This is NOT a 4 star hotel. From having to shoulder check my door to get in and out, the gum stuck to the floor, cake or something all over the bottom of the TV, poorly designed shower and sink areas, paint peeling off the walls. And finally, the bathroom door locking itself and the handle almost falling off. I discovered this at 1am, the staff told me just to use the bathroom in the lobby. I was on the 4th floor of a different building from the lobby.

Pros: Hugo is amazing! While we enjoyed some drinks by the rooftop pool, his team set up a new television in our room, along with a fridge and minibar. This marks our second stay at the hotel, and we're already looking forward to returning again!

Cons: I recently stayed at this hotel from December 24th to December 28th and unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing. Upon checking out, I was shocked to discover a charge of $45.24 on my bill for items supposedly taken from the minibar in my room. Let me be crystal clear: my party did not use anything from the minibar during our stay. We were wrongly charged for something we did not consume, and our attempts to rectify this with the hotel were met with silence. Furthermore, we encountered issues with the air conditioning during our stay. Despite reporting the problem multiple times, it took an unreasonable amount of time and effort to resolve, significantly impacting our comfort. Overall, I feel utterly cheated by this establishment. Not only did they fail to provide the basic courtesy of accurate billing, but they also neglected to address our concerns regarding the faulty air conditioning. It's disheartening to see such disregard for customer satisfaction. I urge potential guests to think twice before choosing this hotel, as my experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and feeling like I've been taken advantage of.
