Pros: The reception staff is exceptional. Especially Kevin and Mona. They arranged a mattress perfectly matched to my requirement. They also helped in arranging an excellent airport transfer vehicle to my needs. The breakfast has a good spread and there is chef available to freshly prepare various custom noodles / noodle soup / omelettes to your liking. There is no extra charges for this.
