Pros: Great location, well maintained greenery and good food.

Cons: Bathrooms need to be very well maintained for the price they charge. It was clean but most of the fittings were old, not high quality and even the hair drier wasn't working.

Pros: The resort is a beachfront property. Food was okay. Live music performance by Siddhesh & Gaurav Salgaonkar was superb.

Cons: Horrible housekeeping. Even by 5pm our rooms were not cleaned. On asking 3 people said 3 different things. Dirty, poorly maintained and delapidated rooms. Dirty swimming pool, with no proper equipment to clean it. They shut the lights at the beach entrance, it is scary if you are returning back to the resort after 11pm. Resort managers are always busy in meetings, no time for attending us when asked. Too much greed in building so many rooms, to the extent that open spaces have been compromised. Too many room categories, too confusing. The pictures shows at the time of booking are misleading. You would think that a luxury room would be top category, instead it is amongst the smallest.

Great location and beach with a VFM comfortable stay!

Pros: The resort itself is very well located. The beach is easily accessible and is quite a nice one at that. The breakfast was excellent with all the usual variety of items one would expect at a lavish breakfast. For our (and I mean Bhartiya vegetarian) palette there were enough options including dosas etc.

Cons: I really feel that the room itself could have been better. Maybe time for high quality new mattresses from a brand (Symphony, Sleep Company, etc.) and new sheets. Just the overall ambience of the room could have been better. No complaints as such as it was very much value for money, but a suggestion for future.
