Pros: Great having food/snacks available in room. The location was a big surprise for us visiting. It was right next to the shopping area with many places to eat and see.

Nice room in a perfect location

Pros: Spacious, clean room in a building in a very conventient location. Not far from metro and some attractions (e.g. Pantheon). Close to one of the main shopping streets. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The room also includes a small cooking area and a fridge, replenished daily with jus, milk, water...

Cons: WIFI was a bit slow.

Pros: Location is excellent for a touristic visit to Rome Street relatively quiet (which in Rome is not easy to have) Kitchen corner is practical in case you want to cook something

Cons: It was not obvious in the description that you have to prepare the breakfast yourself (or at least we didn't realise it)

Pros: Location is perfect! The host ist perfekt!

Cons: Breakfast- there was only long leaving basket and not eatable ham and cheese. For the second day maid forgot to put even Jogurt - the only thing what we ate but the host solved the problem. Actually to say for Italy generally ok, but the first night we leaved in the place near Coloseum for less money and the best breakfast I have ever had! It was very wet in house, but its a problem of house I think not of the 1 floor particularly.

Superb - enjoyed every minute!

Pros: Location was EXCELLENT! Facilities in the apartment were fantastic. The communication with the property managers was prompt, professional and friendly. They accommodated us when we arrived late, and stored our bags for a few hours on out outward journey. The breakfast was topped up everyday. The rooms were cleaned everyday. Absolutely tip top - everything we needed was there in the apartment. We were warm and the shower was decent.

Cons: Minor point - The windows are little single glazed, and there is some building and street noiseif you are a very light sleeper. Did not disturb me, but just something to be aware of.

Fantastic value for money & a great location for us

Pros: the room was gifted with a welcome box of various foods for breakfast & snacks which was a welcome surprise. we had soft drinks in the fridge (as well as milk, coffee & tea) so it was home from home for the duration of our stay. the apartment was located in a great area (20 - 30 min walk from everything - we like walking so it didn't bother us) we where on the 3rd floor so apart from the odd police/ambulance siren we never heard any noise or got disturbed by anything. the owners of the apartment organised taxi's to pick us up from the airport & take us back which was great of them

Cons: 1. there was no notice in the building to say where the reception was, as when you walked into the building there was no one there or any information to tell you where too go, the reception was on the first floor so it was only by luck we found it. 2. the only thing about our room which we didn't like was that the bed was a sofa bed which wasn't too good for my wife as she struggles with a bad back, we got over this by using the spare duvet as an additional mattress - we both slept like logs so it wasn't too bad and didnt ruin any part of our break

Great value, clean and well kempt property in centre of Rome.

Pros: Clean and spacious in the heart of Rome. Hosts were great with great suggestions for restaurants and organising airport transfers.

Cons: We were two couples and one of the bedrooms was the living area. You had to walk through to get to bathroom. It didnt affect our stay but others may not like the setup.

The apartment itself was fantastic clean, spacious, and featuring a large, comfortable bed that ensured a restful sleep. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find a stocked fridge with fizzy drinks, juices, water, and fresh oranges for juicing. The Nespresso coffee machine was a delightful addition, complete with milk for coffee The thoughtful provision of breakfast essentials such as packed bread, croissants, jam, butter, and biscuits made mornings convenient. It was a clever touch, allowing us to enjoy a quick and filling breakfast in the comfort of the room before embarking on our day-long walks in Rome. Without a doubt, I highly recommend choosing this apartment in Rome for your stay. It's the ideal choice for anyone seeking a memorable and convenient experience in the heart of the city.
