    Pros: The view is lovely rooms look out to a beautiful green park and rooms are large !
    Cons: l honestly dont know why bookings.com has this on there website SERIOUSLY Firstly it advertised a POOL as if you could relax and have fun around it You had to pay to use the pool also to get to the pool was a absolute mission and had to ask a lot of staff how to find it and then go through a health club and a non-onset where elderly women were trying to recover from surgery as level five is a hospital in the HOTEL This place is incredibly weird and it seems like its actually a hospital and a hotel where they recover . definitely dont recommend this Hotel also its in a bad location lacks any atmosphere !!!

THEY EVEN ASK AN EXPLANATION FOR HAVING AN EXTRA PILLOW OR EXTRA BATH TOWELS. THEY HAVE RACIAL DISCRIMINATION..     Pros: The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. It was very nice. The location of Weseda university offers different small restaurants to explore. Transportion by city bus to train stations is easy and convenient. The hotel also offers a shuttle to Takadanobaba station only.

    Cons: Bad location, staff are nit helpful they don't speak English, we asked for rooms next to each other or even same floor they didn't have I told them even if you have availability next day we change rooms they said we won't, breakfast very limited. Hotel outdated the TV in our room wasn't smart TV. Very expensive for that Hotel.

    Wonderfull Japanese boutique hotel with great standards.

    Pros: Awesome Japanese breakfast (also western stile dishes). Wonderful dining room. Outstanding room with comfortable beds. Downstairs there is Japanese garden right next to the hotel with an excellent Coffee shop next to the University

    Book with breakfast!

    Pros: Our four days here were a brilliant way to kick off our stay in Japan. We chose the hotel to be close to our son who is in residence at Waseda. We had no trouble getting around with metro, cabs and the hotel shuttle to the station is very useful. We just booked a car from the airport which was easy. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious by Tokyo standards. Note that the shower is over a bath which was a bit daunting for my older mother but there are plenty of grab rails and she was fine (and loved their toiletries)! We ate at the breakfast buffet each day and it was absolutely brilliant. Lots of options for both Japanese and Western styles, wonderfully prepared by fantastic staff. We *highly* recommend the Japanese breakfast. We tried the pool which was a great experience. Yes you do pay a fee each visit and there are many rules but the facilities are wonderful quality and there are lovely staff to help you figure it all out. Our stay highlight was dinner with our own chef at Teppanyaki Miyami. I will review it separately as well but it was brilliant. The chef was so skilled and delightful company.
