    Very Poor

    Pros: The only good thing is it is reasonably close to ski resort
    Cons: !!!! This hotel double charge you !!!! and it is very very difficult to contact them. I got double charged my resort fee. I called them two times and got transfer to 5 persons but the problem is not solved at all. I was just kicked around. BE CAREFUL!

    The hotel clerk who checked us in went out of his way to be sure our room was available after a hotel error checked us into an occupied room. He was sweet and kind. He made a poor start to our stay turn into a pleasant expereince.

    Pros: The location to the wedding venue was easy to get to from our room. The view of Carson Valley is impressive.
    Cons: Check in was not easy nor smooth. I was told to find a phone and call the desk to be given a number to unlock a box with the room key inside. The clerk on the phone did not know what to do and put me on hold 3 times. Only to have to go get the key.

    Very Good

    Pros: the view was the best part, especially for the winter time. the access to mountain and ski resort was great.
    Cons: the T.V in my room did not work and the pull out sofa bed in the room had what looked to be blood on it.
