Cons: Rooms are completely outdated. Dining chairs were SOOO OLD AND SUNKEN IN, extremely uncomfortable!! our bathroom door didn’t lock and the tv in the master room didn’t work.

Overpriced for the value and...

Pros: Pool, lazy river. Room and bed was clean and comfortable.

Cons: Had to pay $100 for parking. There was no luggage cart and the elevator was broken so we had to carry our luggage up 3 floors. Waited in line for 2 hours at the pool for chips and a pre packaged cup of salsa and weren’t allowed to bring food in from another restaurant.

The resort was wonderful and...

Pros: The resort was clean and the amenities were great!

Cons: A hidden parking fee. Wasn’t notified of it beforehand but was charged at check in. Spoke to a manager and was reimbursed:)

Wonderful

We would stay again!

Pros: Very spacious and clean. Excellent location and views of the golf course from our balcony was lovely. The children loved the waterpark.

Cons: Not enough supplies. No laundry detergent and only a couple of dish washer tabs. The living room furniture could be updated.

Superb

Pros: Everything was exceptional from the villa to the water park. All necessities were met.

Cons: I was given the incorrect room number initially, causing me a small embarrassment with the room guest. But, the issue was corrected, and customer service was polite and professional. I was placed in a room of my choice with complementary champagne.

The resort was great and...

Pros: The room was great. Spacious and the beds were comfy and we had a great porch. Tower room 501. Reunion Staff were all awesome.

Cons: Parking can be difficult. Main pool was pretty busy after 11:30am.

Great family vacation!

Pros: The room was very spacious. The waterpark was beautiful!

Cons: The pictures showed a villa with a large balcony including table and lounge chairs. Our room was ground floor and only had a small table. We were offered another room however it was very outdated and had carpeting. Drink and food in the waterpark were very pricey. Golf carts were limited and we were not able to rent due to lack of availability.

Would choose the resort ,...

Pros: The resort is great and felt safe.

Cons: The resort is great , but the apartment is not new, and all the living room and barstools are very dirty. Customer service at the reception was not friendly , the pool hours close very early , so you never enjoy really the resort if you are going the the parks.
