Cons: Long walking distance to the beach

Room with a view!

Pros: Complete 1 bedroom apartment. Lots of room, dining table, full kitchen, fridge, stove, and oven. Even a dish washer! Incredible view from the veranda of the beach below. Free car park supplied. Cleaning products for dish washing supplied. Very friendly staff, welcoming and showed us directly to the property as the complex is huge! Thank you!

Cons: Small comment; Extractor range hood in kitchen at a level you could easily hit your head of eye. As it has sharp edges could cause damage so take care! Otherwise all great!

Pros: we got a great apartment with very beautiful view on both: mountains and the sea! Kitchen has everything and more of what you can need the personnel is very nice and really trying their best to help you (we were coming from bastia with two cats and they made possible to check-in at 15 instead of 18)

Cons: the worst is internet but I used my italian roaming also the bed is too hard for me (for my partner was fine) and the towels are very tired

Pros: Pretty view, peaceful, spacious for 4 people, clean.

Cons: The property was dated & bland. The kitchen area was cramped and some utensils were missing or broken. It was a very steep walk up/down to the beach & restaurants. We used the car a lot more than anticipated. It was nice enough, but very expensive for what it was.

We enjoyed the stay very much.

Pros: Well-equipped apartment. Very comfortable garden with a beautiful view of the sea coast. The staff was nice and ready to support us during our very late check-in.

Cons: The resort location is on a steep hill above the sea. You have to count on a physical effort to reach the beach area by walking, especially when returning back up to the hill.

Bad

Cons: Be very careful booking your accommodation here. They have a handful of properties very close to the beach, across the road from the reception, which is marked on the map. The majority of their properties are 1km away, directly uphill from the beach. This is apparently clearly indicated on the French and Italian versions of Booking.com, but is not (or was not) clearly shown on the English language page. We were offered a condo, basically, 1km from the beach - if you have kids below a certain age, that dramatically affects your holiday. Upon discovering that the English language pages did not clearly show where the actual accommodation was, the staff were (reluctantly) helpful. But that took about 15 minutes of occasionally hot tempered discussion. I do not know therefore how to rate this other than to say: be very careful when booking here. Assume the property is 1km away from the beach unless it clearly states otherwise.

Stayed here and enjoyed the villa and the location a lot.

Pros: Our villa close to the beach was literally 150m far away from the very nice bay santa giulia. Everything was clean and staff was friendly. Our son liked the pool as well. Exclusive restaurant just around the corner.

Cons: Cutlery has seen better days and should be replaced.

Pros: The views were nice, good location, pool was fun and a good size, beds were comfortable, the staff was helpful

Cons: Patio furniture needs a refresh, we didn't really use patio as furniture was old and very tired looking, a few more basic amenities would be useful like hand soap and more than 1 roll of toilet paper, our unit was okay but lacked warmth ie no pictures on the walls or pillows on the couch
