About Residence Inn By Marriott Brand Hotels

Residence Inn is an extended stay hotel chain owned by Marriott. Founded in 1975, this chain of hotels started in Wichita, Kansas, through the efforts of Robert L. Brock and Jack DeBoer. It was only in 1987 that Residence Inn made some changes after it was acquired by Marriott International. As of 2018, this hotel chain has 803 hotels scattered all over Canada, Mexico, and the United States.

During its early years, Residence Inn buildings had were patterned after an outbuilding style. Today, the modern constructions have suites inside the building that are much larger as compared to a conventional hotel room.     Superb

    Pros: There was some struggles checking in due to weather knocking out the Wi-Fi and the night staff was super helpful with figuring things out. Check out was also incredibly easy.
    Cons: We were missing the bedding for the pull out on the couch, but with the storm that is understandable.

    Pros: The niceness of the room. Everything else was unprofessional, and lies, with no commitment.
    Cons: I was asked to leave because I stood up to two workers. They used the zero tolerance, and stated harassment, when they were the ones calling me. I told someone that they were being unprofessional, I'm hanging up.She said if I hung up,I'd be locked out.

    Pros: Location was great!
    Cons: There was dead bugs around the floors of the hotel and a dirty pair of underwear left in between the night stand and the bed. Not acceptable when paying around 200 for a Marriott brand hotel.

    Pros: The location was perfect for the concert! The room was cozy and clean. We loved the pool. The kitchen was convenient and had a full sized fridge and freezer. Customer service was friendly and helpful.
    Cons: My only issue was there was only one pan to cook with and no bakeware. The body was container was empty. There wasn't any sugar for coffee in the room. Breakfast was just okay and only went until 9:30.
