Cons: Carmen, the lady on front desk is by far the worst & meanest person I ve had in my hotel experience. She should work there. All staff was very attentive and helpful except her.

Beautiful hotel and surroundings just outside Puerto Natales.

Pros: Beautiful hotel a little outside the centre of Puerto Natales (quick and cheap taxi in). Lovely pool / spa area and large, spacious and light rooms. Breakfast great.

Cons: Pool and spa not open until 1pm.

Incredible location, views, staff and facilities - what a way to see Patagonia.

Pros: The breakfast was incredible. Great selection of cold and hot dishes and very large variety, especially considering the remote location of Patagonia.

Cons: The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to town, however this is not a down side - it's just something to be aware of if you intent to go to town frequently. It is a 4,000 taxi to get in, which the staff arrange for you at the front desk.

Pros: Beautiful and unusual architect designed hotel. Lovely helpful staff, very comfy beds, great breakfast and expansive sitting areas.

Cons: Dinner menu changes every week but is limited to 3 choices entree and mains so we needed to eat elsewhere for variety. Food we had was excellent though.

Strange vibe - there are better places to stay nearby

Pros: It has a strange vibe. There are better places to stay in the area and I would reconsider staying here. The staff seem miserable (definitely underpaid and overworked). Borders in a main road, which you dont see in the pictures, and is just a tiny bit scrappy for what you pay.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel

Pros: The room was very spacious, comfortable and looked like the images provided. The breakfast was great! We loved the variety and the pastries options.

Cons: We wished that the pool and spa would open slightly later than 9pm. We got to the pool 5 mins before close time and was not able to enjoy this facility. Bummer! but it did look very nice though.

Pros: the views are amazing, and beautifully framed by the architecture. while it looks strange from the outside it feels really natural from the inside.

Cons: I booked the hotel because they offered excursions and activities around the national park and surrounding area. However, despite emailing the hotel twice in advance (with no reply), asking on arrival and getting in touch with the tour manager (as the staff at the hotel were unable to help) I wasnt able to get any response / assistance. Instead I booked trips on Airbnb and TripAdvisor. No one at the hotel asked us how our stay was going given all the conversations Id had on check-in. Its likely a great place to stay as part of a tour, but not for independent travellers relying on the hotel to be able to offer the tours and activities advertised on their website.
