    Pros: Quiet countryside luxury villa hotel close to Martina Franca and the other towns worth seeing in Valle ditra. Beautful room and pubilic rooms. Extremely helpful and warn staff ready to advise on how to make the most of your holidays.

    Wonderful place to stay when in Martina Franca and while visiting Locorotondo, Cisternino, Ostuni.

    Pros: Italian breakfast as usual with lots of food. You wont go hungry. Our concierge, Alessandro, was wonderful and so helpful and spoke English very well and ordered us tea while waiting for our room on a cool, rainy day. He also telephoned a restaurant for us since I left my jacket up in another town and we dont speak much Italian. The facility is lucky to have him! Kudos to Alessandro. The Villa is elegant and the grounds are beautiful. Our room was large and nicely decorated with a big Roman tub and great grooming products. Definitely a 5-star hotel at a reasonable price.
    Cons: The entrance to the facility is off a highway and you need to slow down to find their hotel. Signage should be bigger.

    Pros: I would like to thank Alexander for understanding that we could not arrive at the hotel on the dates we booked because of the war in Israel and gave us the option to come whenever we wanted and kept the payment we paid in advance.     Beautiful hotel.

    Pros: Beautiful hotel with stunning garden and great pool. Breakfast was good, hotel staff was very friendly. Prticulary would like to thank Alessandro who was the kindest person ever, very helpful and always wanted to make sure we have everything we need. Grazie mille! :)

    Delightful and not one to be missed.

    Pros: We found Villa San Martin to be an ideal choice for us. The staff, immediately upon our arrival, were friendly yet extremely professional with a warm and cheerful greeting. They even provided us with a cooling and refreshing sorbet. Everything in the hotel was just as you would want it and the facilities, the food, the friendly staff were all a credit to the hotel. Nothing appeared to be a problem to them to make your stay comfortable and an enjoyable one. On our departure they clearly enthused about our stay and left us in no doubt they really wanted you to return as a guest.
    Cons: Nothing on which to comment. It was all very good.

    Very beautiful and comfortable stay. Very friendly staff. We would return :)

    Pros: We had a very enjoyable stay. The property is gorgeous. The rooms very clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. There was a wedding there the day we arrived so we almost had the pool to ourselves. The hotel put on a special menu for us in the evening as their restaurant initially was closed due to the wedding.
    Cons: The price of drinks was quite expensive which I appreciate comes with a 5* setting but seemed quite steep.

    A fabulous stay in Beautiful Puglia

    Pros: The Relais Villa San Martino was an oasis of calm in very busy Puglia. It is located slightly out of the town of Martina Franca, which is central within Puglia, therefore allowing us to do day trips to Matera, Ostuni, Alberobello and other villages and yet be back at the hotel for relaxation around the beautiful pool later in the afternoon. Our room was large and well-appointed, and whilst we had asked for a twin room, we were given more a suite with a larger and a smaller bed. Upon arrival on our first night, we were greeted by Alessandro and his staff, all of whom were friendly, helpful and polite at all times. Nothing was too much for them all. Breakfast was next level - delicious fruits, breads, pastries and cakes - all beautifully laid out. A cooked breakfast was also an option. Samwell (Samual) was particularly lovely - efficient, friendly and he looked after us very well both at the pool bar and at breakfast time with fabulous coffees. We actually wish wed stayed there the whole week and just done day trips from there. Thanks you Alessandro, Gabriel and all the staff for a fabulous stay.

    We were blown away by all the different areas that the hotel has to offer and cant wait to return.

    Pros: Our daughter is getting married here in May 2024, so we stayed for 2 nights to get a feel for the property. It is simply stunning, we are thrilled with her choice of wedding venue. It is tastefully decorated throughout and they are continually looking at ways to improve the property. The staff could not do enough for you. We all thoroughly enjoyed the fine dining experience - it was a real treat.
    Cons: We wished we could have stayed longer.

    Pros: Amazing staff, location and breakfast. The rooms and the entire resort were very clean. We especially enjoyed our time at the pool and the scenic view of the property. Would definitely return in the future.

    Central, beautiful classy homestead hotel in central Piuglia.

    Pros: The hotel is so lovely with old world charm and set in breathtakingly beautiful grounds. But the staff just made our stay even more enjoyable. Friendly smiling faces and a wealth of information on the area. We loved every second we stayed there.
