Would only stay if it's...

Pros: The room had great amenities coffee maker fridge and microwave. Breakfast was excellent in the restaurant the hotel provides.

Cons: I noticed in one of the bed sheets there was a drip of blood and on the second bed to the side of the matress cover there was another drip of blood I could tell these sheets were not changed at all I brought my own sheets I had to put mine instead. Bathtub was Dirty as well.

Pros: The location was good fairly easy to get around town and back to the hotel. Speaking English was not a problem in the hotel or most of the surrounding stores

Cons: Construction starting at 6:30 AM. Like seriously most people stay in hotels want to be able to sleep! Hire a company willing to work 10:00 till 7:00 . Most people wouldn't mind being woken up at 10:00 even 9:00 or 8:00 but I mean come on 6:30 till 4:30 a little more thought about the customer goes a long way. And the extra $25 a night for Friday & Saturday over booking.com original quote overall not happy

OK, good location, good breakfast,...

Pros: The bathroom was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast had good quality items, and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Cons: The pool was not operational, which was very disappointing. The hotel definitely needs upgrading, the rooms are shabby and unfortunately, the windows don't open.

Pros: Not much. Location was good.

Cons: The heating was inadequate. There was freezing air coming in all around the heating unit. The heating unit was not functioning properly. The air coming out of it was lukewarm even though we put the thermostat up to 86 degrees f. The bathroom is in need of renovation. In the hallway on way to the room thete is a huge hole in the wall with a bucket placed at ghe bottom to catch dripping water. The carpetting is soiled from leakage.

It was fine but would...

Cons: The first room we had the door wasn’t working properly, the handle was basically falling off which made actually getting into the room very tough- had me in tears a couple of times and the light in the bathroom strobed which made using the bathroom interesting. Went down to the desk to ask if they could send someone up to fix these things was told they could change the light when I asked about the door handle they looked a bit flabbergasted. At first they said they didn’t have another room to move us to but then luckily an hour or so later they were able to move us into another room. The new room was better- bathroom light worked and the door worked but there was duct tape holding the curtains together. The parking lot was a nightmare….they had cleaned the snow and ice from the front door of the hotel beautifully but the parking had not been cleared so it was just an ice field- very dangerous!!

Great stay for my Grandson’s...

Pros: Excellent location. Great view on the 8th floor

Cons: Washroom taps needed to be updated. Shower was unable to be regulated and water was hot. People could get burned. Hot water tap on sink was very stiff and unable to be regulated as well. Sink was stained.
