Pros: The room was huge and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and having a mini bar fridge is an extra bonus especially during the hot months to store your extra drinks in.

Cons: The water pressure in the shower is almost nonexistent. The pool area could do with an upgrade and some new covers on the couches. There isnt any music so there isnt much of a vibe.

Id have chosen another hotel if Iknew that Id have to pay the fee of 15 dollars per person even if I didnt want to us

Pros: Great location, a few meters away from the 5th avenue. They offer parking but you have to pay extra

Cons: The description never said that the fee to pay was mandatory (we only used the hotel to sleep so having an open bar was useless). on the other hand, the room was so humid you felt like wet all the time. Not to mention that there was no warm water in the bathroom to shower. The tv was not in front of the bed. In addition the breakfast options were limited.

Pros: Hotel is fun and funky. All the lights in the corridor are red and open to the exterior. I saw bats flying through, really cool! Incredibly well situated. My room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is fine, plenty of places to eat. Highly recommended.

Pros: I loved the red rooms and the guy with the gauges at the bar, was pretty cool.

Cons: I didnt like the fact that every single time that I left the property, my key deactivated. often I would come in with bags, go up to my room and couldnt get into the room. I then had to go back downstairs and have them either reactivate or give me another key. It was actually very irritating. I then had a friend come over and they still charged me for him instead of comping me because of the room key situation.

Cons: - I paid my room fully in booking, but upon arrival they forced me to pay 30 USD for two persons per day in order for us to be able to stay, otherwise booking would charge us 69 USD approx for cancelling this stay. They coherced me in order not to lose my money and to have a place to stay for the night. This charge was for a "beach club" and "free drinks" which ended up being some watered down wine and beer - Staff was rude and keen on making charges of any kind - Facilities are old and worn out, with broken furnuiture pieces - There is nothing clean and rooms have a weird smell - Pool is dirty and yellow, it hasn't been cleaned for a while - Elevator is broken - They want to charge you for using their parking lot if you arrive with a car, it's better to park outside This hotel is basically an elaborate extorsion, and I encourage anyone to please avoid it at any cost.

Cons: even though hotel was not fully booked they did not let me in early. they have a compulsory resort fee which entitles to open bar at the pool, but even though I only stayed one night for me it would only be valid from 3 pm. They converted the dollar price to Pesos at checkin and did not use the open market FX rate which added $3 to the cost. These are all small details - not sure why hotel is so petty when it comes to these things
