We enjoyed our stay. I'd stay there again.

Pros: Great location. Very clean hotel with good facilities. Breakfast was buffet style and catered for a range of tastes. Restaurant at the hotel was very convenient and food was good if not exciting. We had a pleasant stay/

Cons: The only criticism I have is that the pool hours were not enforced and so a very large and noisy family spent the very early hours of the day shrieking and screaming in the pool. We overlooked the pool and so it was very noisy. Given we had arrived late the night before after a very long flight we were woken at about 5:30 a.m by this noise.

It wasn't teh 5 star Hotel we expected. May be you could bgive them 3 Stars.

Pros: It was close to the Angkor Wat, but far away from the city.

Cons: The restaurants were not open, or partly opened only after we requested. The pool bar wasn't open. The breakfast was not acceptable for us only for chineses people, the coffee was very ugly, they were abkle to make a good coffe, but only after complaining, We had only two fruits and two marmelades, One sort onf cheese was offered on request, only pailn rive, vegtabes, fired rice and fied noodels were offered. They had offers for eggs. The 5-star hotel wasn't the status of 5 stars. The room was big size, it smells unfresh and we had Cockroaches in the bathroom.

Cons: Breakfast was most definitely Not for most westerners . The Asian guests seemed delighted. Soon after making a simple remark in jesture to the lady making omelettes two rather burley men made their presents by standing within 10 meters constantly observing me That was unsettling indeed

Nice Stay

Pros: The Hotel was located at an excellent location. There are many shops and banks nearby. The tourist attractions are also not too far. It took 16 minutes to reach the hotel from the airport. The rooms are nice, comfortable, and well-lighted. There is a big window in the room. The pool was also a good attraction in the hotel. The breakfast has variety, but there is no separate section of Halal food.

Cons: We have booked two rooms. The TV in one room was not working. I have made a complaint, they sent one worker and he told us that it would be replaced in the evening, but it was never replaced. In other room, we may not be able to increase the temperature of the room.

Pros: The staff were excellent. Extremely friendly and helpful. I think that is what keeps the holtel's rating so high The place is clean, but could do with a little tidy. No e to have a tv in the room, but the channels are medium snowy to unwatchable. Would rather have fewer channels and clear picture. Our shower drain was blocked and we did report, but still remained blocked. Funny part is that the bath tub plug wouldn't seal. The most amazing comfortable pillows and beds. Very nice bathroom amenities. Could have left a few more coffee sticks. We found the bar fridge empty, but a price list. Would have used that bar fridge if it had been stocked. Breakfast was not what the photos showed and had nothing other than eggs which were western. No bread, pastries, fruit or cereal. Tons of noodles, fried rice etc. The hotel did apologise and said it was due to over COVID time. The pool bar was not in use. The spa baths and jacuzi's were empty and not in use. All of this, I assume, is due COVID and I understand completely. They could just cover up and make the non functioning areas look neat and not so much like a deserted town. The interior of the hotel is beautiful with the decor and glamour. You feel that you are in a hotel and not just a r out B&B. Once again the staff are precious jewels right from when you enter to the manager. They are the most humble, helpful and friendly staff that I have ever come across in a hotel We will definatley return to the hotel and recommend to other travellers, as it was a most pleasant experience.

Cons: Breakfast that had nothing western except the egg and coffee. No bread, pastries, fruit, yogurts, cereal, sausage or bacon. They did apologise and said over COVID time they could only do the Khmer breakfast which was huge. Noodles, fried rice, soups etc. I do understand and I just cancelled having breakfast there. All the way through they were most apologetic and so kind. I will still return. SPA facilities and certain Bar facilities are limited during COVID. I fully understand, but would have been nice to know before arriving. An update notification on booking.com would have been good compared to a general "some things may change due to COVID" on the booking.com site... Overall we were very happy.

Cons: Not clean facilities. Gym is so dirty and not clean at all , some machines did not work and treadmill is so noisy and unstable. So many dust in everywhere in hotel. Also breakfast is so bad. No food and most of customers has to wait for coming dish to get food.

Pros: It is the best value for money I have ever come across. I paid more in Europe for a hostel bed with no breakfast than for this 5-star hotel with free breakfast and free airport transfer (one way only) and a vast pool. Not far Angor Wat 15-20 min. tuk-tuk drive. We took cheap personal minibus around most of the main temples where we could walk around at our own pace with free water, cold towels (they help) and umbrellas. One of the best hotel staff I have experienced ever (especially thanks to Mr Sengy Thong). They are so polite and try to accommodate you every need. I was left feeling like I was at a luxury resort and treating myself. Happy-hours for cocktails. Tuk-tuk drivers always outside the hotel if you need them (day and night). Extremely spacious room with very comfortable beds. Great choice of food in the restaurant and a fantastic breakfast to satisfy all tastes.

Cons: Nothing at all. If I need to point out something. Maybe to invest in better selection of TV channels
