Pros: I am a frequent guest at this particular property. The staff, as usual was great! My room once again was clean, and comfortable. As a property manager, of multiple Bed and Breakfast locations, I know what to expect. They constantly do many thing's right here. Another comfortable stay, thank you!

Pros: I ended up having to stay two additional days, after the completion of my initial reservation. Everything continued to be great! This family operated property, clearly takes pride in it's daily operation. A clean, and comfortable motel, that should certainly meet most individuals expectations.

Pros: As a busy manager of multiple Bed and Breakfast properties, I frequently stay here when we are sold out. It's a no frills experience, however I am most always happy. The staff is very cordial, and greet you with a smile. I prefer the superior king rooms, which are more than adequate. Everything you can need, or want is there. The property is clean, and well maintained. There's always a staff member doing something, to clean, or improve the outside areas. Slightly out of the way for Presque Isle, or downtown Erie, however well worth the distance. Highly recommend for a motel experience.

Pros: I have the opportunity to stay at hotels, and or motels on a regular basis. I routinely choose this particular property. The staff is always cordial, and the rooms are more than adequate, for the average traveler. I prefer the superior king rooms, which are modern, clean, and bright. There is ample free parking, throughout the motel grounds. A designated outside smoking area, helps keep the property clean as well. The location is in very close proximity of I90, however slightly out of the way for downtown activities. Overall for the value, clean rooms, and staff, you will be well pleased.

Cons: As a regular guest here, I am usually well pleased. Obviously as with any hotel, some rooms are nicer than others. Overall, I have NO complaints.

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE

Cons: I almost never write reviews, I am not a picky traveler, and even in this situation I tried to mitigate the situation to avoid this writing, but what happened at this property is wrong on multiple levels, so I think I have to do so. After my second night there, when I got up and had to quickly get ready, I found out that there's NO WATER! When I reached out to the receptionist, they said that they had a planned maintenance and there'd be no water for several more hours. So it was not some sort of emergency. I asked them why THEY NEVER INFORMED me. And they said that when I was checking-in that information was displayed somewhere in the reception office. To be clear, on my check-in, the receptionist never mentioned the planned maintenance, never handed me any paper informing me on that. I have no idea if there was any note anywhere in that office itself. If it was there, it was not visible to me at all. I explained to them that I had to leave soon and I absolutely needed to take a shower. I asked if there's any public shower they can offer and they said NO. On my checkout, I brought up this issue to the receptionist with all circumstances, specifically, there was NO WATER FOR ALMOST ENTIRE DAY which caused major problems to me, it was planned and they NEVER INFORMED ME, they DIDN'T OFFER ANY ALTERNATIVE (public shower or anything) to address my urgent situation. I asked if they can do anything to make me less unhappy with my experience at their property. I did NOT ask for a full refund. She REFUSED TO OFFER ANYTHING except some words of apology with the implication that it's my fault that I had not seen the note when checking in. I then said that I'd have to write a negative review and she said OK, so here it is.

Two nights stay, good ,...

Pros: Clean room, good wi fi, had a room facing opposite I 90, so it was not noisy. Good value for your money, you get exactly what it is advertised for, unles you expect a five star all inclusive.
