Pros: The bed was large and comfortable. Staff were mostly helpful, though it took a long time to get issues with noise and mould addressed.

Cons: Excessively noisy. Mould in air-conditioning unit which caused a throat infection.

Very uncomfortable night, would never recommend this to anyone, hower the hospitality of Gautum made

Pros: The staff were amazing especially the manager Gautum who helped out immensely after our very poor first night. We arrived at the hotel for 2am afetr 15hrs hrs of travelling very tired. We were met with 2 night clubs playing extreme loud music which was actually vibrating our room furniture / bed and windows. Having travelled with my wife and 13 yrd old daughter we were unable to sleep until 5am, this is not what i expected at all.

Cons: The room, you couldnt swing a cat, the loud music which kept us up all night and had the room vibrating

Would not stay here again

Pros: The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Room had good AC and bed was comfortable. Very close to the beach as well.

Cons: The bathroom was very dirty and mouldy - pretty disgusting. We were on the 4th Floor and there was a nightclub underneath the hotel which played extremely loud music the entire night, so much so that things were rattling in the room.

Don't book the hotel. Very bad.

Pros: Food was the only thing which was good.

Cons: Except for food, everything was bad. On the day of arrival, the hotel receptionist said my booking was canceled. Reason, their previous occupant want to continue. The next thing they told me is that I have booked twin separate beds where, as in their booking, it was showing as 1 large bed. The receptionist lady tried everything possible to cancel the booking (not sure the reason for such disgusting behavior), but anyhow, after an argument triggered, they told me they can provide room without bath tub, but hotel will charge me with bath tub. When asked, they lady again started with her non logical excuses. Very lame. Next day we we left hotel at 11 for sightseeing, and gave the same lady key for room cleaning. We came back at 5.15 pm and room was not cleaned. The reason, hotel staff is busy for some big group coming in and they cannot clean my room. Again argument triggered and the lady said will get room cleaned in 15 min. After waiting again for 3 hrs our room was finally cleaned by 8.30 pm . Pls do not book this hotel. It's waste hotel with very unprofessional staff. There are some good hotels near juhu beach. Don't book this pathetic hotel.

Would have been awesome if they didnt have workmen in the hotel.

Pros: Breakfast was good, the staff were fast and efficient The Location was great - one street back from Juhu beach The staff were very friendly and very understanding

Cons: I didn't like the drilling and banging everyday from the room below me. I asked several times for hem to stop and they would for 30 mins then srart again I asked to be moved to another room which they did, where I could no longer hear the drilling and banging :-) However, my new room was above their night club which stayed open till around 2am fkive nights out of seven :-(

Pros: I enjoyed my stay, would request for some discount for guest who visit night club. This is something provided in most of the Hotels. Happy to stay whenever i visit Mumbai next time..

Cons: It was the worst place I've stayed at. There was room service(water & laundry) sent over early morning without being requested for. There was constant disturbance like some drilling sound at anytime of the day and night. It was supposed to be a relaxing few days but was exactly the opposite.

Cons: 1. At the time of check-in , hotel policies were not mentioned. 2. The day we checked in, they had an issue with the boiler plant which provides hot water in the room, the same was not informed. Got to know about it at night when we asked why there was no hot water in the room. 3. When we called for room service, the order taker mentioned you need to pay for the meal once it reaches your room.... Which hotel personnel says this.... 4. The AC temp was set to 18degree, if we set the same to 24 , the gets moist and slippery.

Cons: Refrigerator didn't work for 2 days . No-one came to fix it. Loud music as there is a party hall/club owned by the property. And there is no optimum sound proofing.

Never again, and ill reconsider booking com also for keeping dice properties with such high tariff
