Pros: The 3 queen beds was convient for a family of 5.

Cons: Staff was rude did not want to help in anyway. Room was semi clean not enough linens and when asked they said they didn't have any. Same with toilet paper heat didn't work in one room no remotes for the TV's. When asked for help they said they couldn't help us.

Pros: The only thing that we liked about this place was the location. The beds weren't that bad.

Cons: We booked a bigger type room because there's so many of us, when we checked in the guy gave us the key card they wouldn't work. We went through this process 2 more times until he finally threw his hands up and gave us a handicapped room. He opened the door and although the room was "clean" the bed looked like it had been slept in. So he gave us the room next door (another handicapped room) where there was a gap at the bottom of the door where my daughter (1 year old) got her fingers stuck. The manager's response was to roll up towels and stuff it under the door so she wouldn't do that. Because a 1 year old is going to leave it alone. They then switched us rooms to "prevent further incident'. However this room, Room 123, had a broken toilet, the AC didn't work, the inside door lock broke off after we had shut the door which we couldn't shut it after that OR use the key card. The front desks response was that she couldn't get maintenance to come out until the next day so we would have to deal with it. In those exact words. And after all this she finally moved us back into the original room we were in where the key card had to be renewed every night that we were there. The manager thought everything that was happening was absolutely hilarious. There were SEVERAL people in the office filing complaints while we were there. One lady's granddaughter cut her leg on the bed because there was cut pieces of metal under the blankets (she had pictures on her phone) and another guy found molded pizza sauce in his room refrigerator. There was even someone calling to speak to the manager WHILE SHE WAS IN THE OFFICE and she literally told the employee to tell them she wasn't there. THESE ARE THE SAME PEOPLE THAT OWN AMERICANA if that tells you anything. This place is a complete joke, management is a complete joke, just avoid the place at all cost and find somewhere that actually gives you what you pay for!

Pros: I loved the location. It was perfect for where we needed to be!

Cons: I can’t think of anything…except maybe there could’ve been a more organized breakfast. Someone to serve us. Make it for a little better.

Cons: That you had to ask for towels and wash clothes . They didn't have them at times . The house keeper couldn't speak English she said I speak no English and run off . Didn't clean room and change are sheets and didn't dump trash

Cons: It was very dirty on the outside. Trash all over the parking lot. Pretty sure there was a bottle of someone’s pee in the parking lot.

Cons: The room was filthy, we paid for breakfast which we got only twice and that was waffles and cereal with no milk, when asked for more toilet paper was told there wasn't anymore, the carpets was sticky, had to fight the door to lock it at night, had to go and wash "THEIR" towels just to be able to clean up more than once, the staff wasn't friendly at all, the toilet started over flowing and we like to never got them to bring a plunger which we had to use and fix the toile ourselves, and the worst thing of all on our last night we found a BED BUG

Pros: Convenience

Cons: We came the first week in April and stayed a whole week. Not once did we ever receive a comforter or any kind of blanket on the beds even though we asked multiple times. They said that because winter time was over, there were no blankets at all on the premises. I had to go buy blankets for my kids because they were freezing at night. Also, we had to ask for towels and washcloths upon arrival because the room did not have any. We had to track down housekeepers for toilet paper and they didn’t even speak good English so half the time they didn’t even know what we were asking for. Had to ask multiple times for clean towels because they were very stingy about giving you towels. Even though there were 4 of us, they kept trying to only give 3. The beds were also hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. Overall I believe it just had poor management and staff and the upkeep was awful. The bathroom light was also falling out of the ceiling. I kept having to put it back in the ceiling. Bath mat inside the tub was also black underneath

HORRIBLE

Pros: Absolutely nothing

Cons: We couldn’t get clean towels or wash cloths, couldn’t get trash bags, had to keep asking for toilet paper, housekeeping didn’t clean the room. Our room was rented out while we were in it on night 2 and a whole family came in our room as I was getting out of the shower. The staff was absolutely horrible and rude. And the breakfast was some make your own waffles, cereal with no milk and water.
