Pros: location is great. bike riding around island is fun and great to have kids bike seats available.

Cons: The accommodation was foul. it is in desperate need of a thorough clean. Pools are very dirty. The common areas just need a once over thorough clean. We weren’t advised that the beach bar and the entire beach around it would be closed off completely. this is where we had hoped to spend most of our time. there was a 3 night festival there which barely had anyone at it. air conditioning in living room needs servicing as it doesn’t get cold.

Pros: great destination in my boat out of Horizon Shores.

Cons: The roomwas a long way from reception and was made up as a double rather than 2 singles. I understand this was poor communication between Booking.com and the resort.

Cons: Restaurant wasnt tidy, no effort put into the deck outside the restaurant, no live music, not enough staff to handle holiday makers... the wait for food in the pool bar/restaurant was crazy,... paying per child to use water equipment... years ago it was free. Im a mother of 7 children this was too exspensive for me, especially when they only would of used it for an hour max,
