Pros: Good location just between city centre and Schnbrunn palace, close enough to walk there if you like walking. Friendly stuff. Clean, with nice bathroom. Interesting selection of cheeses for breakfast and good coffee.

Cons: Additional bed in room (for child) is actually armchair - not comfortable and too narrow. Beside cheeses, selection of food for breakfast is boring.

Cons: The only reason I put 6/10 is the mean receptionist, who even having all means to help (available car, keys from it and colleague, confirming that he can use the car), yet refused to help to jump-start my car with empty battery, cables for which I was going to buy at the closest gas station anyways.. He only gave me the phone number of some service, where the robot voice machine (I guess) was asking me to push something in German (I don't speak it) over and over again. That was all of his help he offered to me while holding the keys from the hotel car in his hands and refusing to do anything else. Very mean.

Cons: The room was good, we havent tried the breakfast. The overall feeling was that the hotel is worn out a bit . There was a cigarette smell in the lobby
