Expensive and not relaxing

Pros: It’s OK if you’re into partying. The grounds are very pretty. Nice sitting areas but people smoking everywhere. Couldn’t get away from them. We enjoyed walking around while everybody was sleeping.

Cons: They don’t provide the breakfast or even coffee. It’s very crowded. There was sand in my bed. The grounds are very pretty. Loud music. To be fair, it is mostly Port Canaveral people. It wasn’t for us. We had to go out to get coffee. The only staff we spoke to were several from housekeeping and the head of housekeeping and they could not tell us if there was a non-smoking section. That was it.

Cons: I was charged for parking a vehicle overnight that I did not have. I called the hotel after receiving my bill and they have not returned my call or text in over 3 days now

100% will stay here again....

Pros: The STAFF was amazing!!!!!!!!!! The service we received was beyond what was expected. The hotel is beautiful and very well located! We started our stay by returning from a cruise early. Very thankful for the smooth transition of checking in early, dropping the bags off until our room was ready. That process was truly STRESS FREE and very quick. Enabled our family enough time to get to the Kennedy Space Center and enjoy the day there. The lady checking us was amazing as well. We were very relaxed all night returning from our mini strip to Space Center. We came back & kids swam while we enjoyed birthday drinks with live music at the tiki bar with very awesome server TJ. Server Keith from the restaurant also went up and beyond to ensure we could celebrate my husband's b-day. We even were able to watch a night rocket launch from the property grounds!!!! BONUS! Later, we got the kids settled for the night in the room. My son spilled water all over the bed. Housekeeping came in BIG as they provided us with not only a new bed set, but also provided us with a cot for our third child. And let us not forget Bartender TINA at the inside bar! We appreciate her service, positive attitude, area tips and all the amazing conversation! THANK YOU, Radison for an amazing ending to our Spring Break vacation!

Cons: Shuttle bus director was extremely rude when we were unsure as to where we needed to be to take the shuttle to the port.

Cons: Hotel walls and building was run down. Chipped paint, doors and hallways in disrepair. The rooms were dirty. Clean sheets and towels but grimy room interior.
