    Pros: THE breakfast was generous and delicious, the location was just a few blocks from a lot of shopping, restaurants and transportation options. The room was large, clean and comfortable with a safe, a good bed, a good view a 2 bottles of water each morning
    Cons: A small fridge in the room would have been very convenient for leftovers. Other than that - no complaints.

    perfect location and amenities, the best beds, great rooftop facilities and food!

    Pros: Such comfortable beds and pillows. The housekeeping service is amazing!! Changing fresh towels and making bed perfectly everyday, sometimes even changing the sheets every second day. Great food upstairs on the rooftop, at breakfast and in Miso restaurant for room service! The breakfast is amazing mixture of buffet and a la carte table service of omlettes, eggs, etc. Perfect location in Miraflores. Concierge always very helpful and attentive at booking taxis etc and speak English which we were very appreciative of as our Spanish is not so good. Amazing rooftop pool, gym and sauna! It has everything you need for a few night stay in Lima to relax and rest after or before exploring the rest of Peru. Great wifi and hot showers also. Luggage storage! They even let us check in 4hrs early for no extra cost. Thank you for having us! Special shout out to Romina and Enrique for making our stays great!
    Cons: The reception staff weren't amazing to deal with. We frequently got told conflicting things about leaving a credit on our room. We wanted to tip the wait staff and get room service etc, and sometimes they would tell us we had to leave a deposit on our card downstairs, and then at the end would reverse the credit based on what we spent. We did this the first time we stayed, but the second time (using the same card) they said we couldn't because it was a debit card not a credit card. When we checked out the first time, we asked to check our itemised bill to see what we paid for tips, room service etc and make sure everything was correct, and the receptiontist was very frustrated and impatient with us even though no one else was waiting and it's a reasonable thing to do to check your tab when you leave any hotel.

    Don't miss out on the opportunity to be in the heart of Miraflores with staff that truly cares!

    Pros: I was highly impressed with every service offered by the Radisson team. From the complimentary breakfast to the housekeeping team and the front desk/concierge everyone went out of their way to make sure that I had a wonderful time. The location is also ideal as it is walking distance from attractions such as Larcomar, Parque Kennedy and the artisan markets of Miraflores! As I was traveling with my infant, the team also made sure that she had a great experience as well and went out of their way to learn her name and connect with her daily. I was blown away by the genuine support that I received from every member of the Radisson team and would absolutely visit again!
