An exceptional place to stay.

Pros: The photos of the hotel did not do it justice. We had never stayed at a Radison Hotel before, and from the time we walked through the door to the time we left, everything and everyone were absolutely exceptional. The staff were so friendly, polite and professional and went out of their way to make you feel that you were all that mattered.

Pros: Staff couldn't have been lovelier. From reception to room servicing the bar and the restaurant, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We were upgraded to a large room with a view over the harbour and were provided with some lovely additions to celebrate a birthday.

Major time is pleasant. But...

Pros: Clean and good location. Most of the reception staff are friendly and cheerful.

Cons: We paid 5 night/6 day hotel booking. As customers, we are expecting to use hotel facilities inside of hotel, including swimming pool and steam room etc. However, we have been disallowed to use the swimming pool and steam room as the facilities had been booked and blocked by non-hotel customers for the commercial sections three times a week. And this commercial deal is exclusive, hotel customers are not given opportunities to book. We wont mind if this information is provided on hotel website so it could form part of my decision on selecting this hotel to stay for my family. But it is not on website. I also won’t mind if this information is given to us on paper when we checked in or post it on swimming pool front door. But no information has been formally given. When I went to reception to ask on the 2nd of April 10am, the lady in reception told me I should have received these local rule when we in check-in time. She suggested us - to get on with it!

Cons: TV would not allow usage on Apple hardware, made worse by disabled USB inputs - for the price would have expected the TVs to work with screen mirroring as intended

Great location and food in...

Pros: Great location. Upgrade was appreciated and rooms were spacious with massive, comfortable beds.

Cons: Swimming pool wasn’t great. Seemed to be from sea water as it was cloudy and not that pleasant. Changing area was really dated and rough in areas.
