Cons: When we booked several months back for big group, it was free shuttle to/from airport. However hotel imposed 5 per person to airport effective last month. The 1st staff I brought this up to was not accommodating to my feedback. However, thankfully the Thai lady staff and her manager were friendly and magnanimous by checking our booking and kindly honoured the clause of free shuttle service.

Good value but needs maintenance

Pros: Very comfortable bed. Shuttle service to the airport.

Cons: Found hair in the shower upon arrival. Amenity kit not replaced during the stay.

Convenient comfortable airport hotel.

Pros: The hotel was beautifully situated in parkland with a lake, close to the airport.. There was a 1/2 hourly shuttle bus to and from the airport (free to the hotel and 5 back to the airport). We paid to upgrade to a junior suite. The room was big and spacious with big windows and blackout curtains. The windows were soundproofed and it was very quiet. It had a fridge,safe and luxury toiletries. The breakfast was excellent and it started very early in the morning to allow clients to eat before their flights.

Cons: The front desk were not particularly welcoming. The housekeeping and restaurant staff were charming. The carpet in the room was stained and there were coffee stains on the window sill. The wallpaper was peeling off the corner of the wall at the window.
