    Enjoyed staying at this property

    Pros: Having access to the golf course and additional amenities was very convenient. The apartment itself was a townhouse situation with own driveway and garaging. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment in general was very clean.
    Cons: When having the function of a kitchen, it needs to be able to be used to its maximum capacity and provide a good range of utensils and cooktop/oven pots and pans.

    Pros: Close to Werribee where we had a function and we could play golf the next day.
    Cons: The cafe was closed down and yet all the information said it was still functioning so we expected to have breakfast there.

    Self contained apartment in lovely area Sanctuary Lakes Point Cook

    Pros: Wonderful friendly and welcoming staff. Very helpful and obliging. Location a great suburb area of Melbourne and close to Hoppers Crossing Encore Event Center, Weribee and not far from Geelong, Melbourne City, Melbourne Airport and other suburbs. Sanctuary Lakes is a lovely area. Great for golfers, includes restaurant at the club house. Awesome to be able to use gym and pool. Close to Sancturary Lakes shopping center. Wonderful Butcher, fish market, fruit and vege market, plus Coles and many other shops and cafs... Large size apartment - 2 bdrm, 2 ensuite, large laundry and good size kitchen. Has carport for rental car.
    Cons: Mostly it was well equipped. Didn't have a coffee plunger but one was found for us to use at reception. Could soon do with some fresh painting as flat looked a bit tired in parts. Lighting in kitchen and living area quite dark. Interior areas such as skirtings could do with an extra clean. Exterior carport , path and steps could do with good clean down as looked like spillages etc not washed off. Not ungrateful, but just little things like that would be more welcoming and professional.

    Cons: the pillows are very uncomfortable and I dont like how the bathroom with the bath is locked when you only book for two people. only booked for two people as my 2 year old co sleeps with us.
