Pros: Large apartment with plenty of amenities, which made it really easy to organise food. They accommodated my late check in and provided me with plenty of information to get where I needed to go :)

Pros: It was conveniently located to local shopping and cafe/restaurants The front receptionist was very helpful with recommending suitable restaurants close by

Cons: The 2-storey apartment, which required us to drag heavy suitcases up/down two flights of stairs (we managed it fine, but this should be mentioned in the room information so guests are aware when booking) The flooring to upper bedroom level was also very creaky, creating plenty of noise when one of us had to get up and use the bathroom in the night The exit instructions were not very clear on the passage gate in order to exit the property at 5am in morning (outside of reception hours)

Although i was still in Melbourne, it felt like a holiday away from home

Pros: I had a nice, relaxing and quiet time at the Quest. It was exactly what I needed. The staff were efficient, friendly and more than happy to assist with all of my requests. The price was pretty good considering the location.

Cons: My only complaint is that the bond I paid was a bit much and I am still waiting for my refund.
