We would love to stay...

Pros: The best breakfast buffet selection we have EVER had in the UK. Lovely helpful staff. Good location to walk to Blackpool (1hr), to Cleveleys (35mins) and Bispham (10mins). Good comfy quiet sleep. Limited off road parking.

Cons: The parking was limited, 11 spaces for a hotel with 32 rooms. So if you want a space make sure you get there early. The taps in the en suit maybe should be changed to the old wheel type as oposed to the push type as they are TOO powerful for the small sink.

Pros: Good variety of food for the breakfast. Checked in early, which was a pleasant surprise. Hotel close to tram station. Nice little bar with pool table.

Cons: The staff tried to be nice but came off as being very snappy. I was spoken down to on several occasions even got shouted at because the front door was 'banged'. I felt 'nagged at' from the get-go and during every brief encounter with the staff, which made me want to avoid them. The room was clean on the surface, but I could pick fault. TV was poor. Fried eggs sunny side-up and under done. I couldn't set up the travel cot, so it didn't end up being used. My expectations were built up by the reviews and the price but didn't cut it.

Nice, relaxing stay.

Pros: The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. As well, the staff were very friendly and the room was clean. I've often come across hotels with murky looking showers, however the one here was very nice.

Cons: The only downside was the odd parking arrangements. Due to the restricted space they have, the back row of cars had to block in the front row of cars, meaning you need to leave your keys with the hotel staff in case they need to move it. Although the staff were very friendly and I have no reason to believe they'd be untrustworthy, I still didn't feel comfortable leaving my car keys with a stranger.

Pros: Such friendly, welcoming staff. They are all you could wish for. Rooms are spotlessly clean and generously stocked with tea, coffee, chocolate and biscuits. The mini fridge is a bonus.

Brilliant staff and lovely warm...

Pros: The staff were more than happy to help with anything we needed. They were really friendly and had a few conversations with us and the children. The room was lovely and clean and they provided us with a heater as soon as we asked would definitely book again.

Cons: The room was very cold due to windows having gaps and the vents being unable to shut even with the heating on full was still very cold, however we were provided the a heater as soon as we asked which quickly heated up the room and kept us very warm and comfortable.
