    Great value but delightfully surprised at the staff, cleanliness and location.

    Pros: Staff! Front desk(Taku) and the ladies in the restaurant, great service!
    Cons: It would have been hard to get off the bed if there was a 2nd person. But I understand thats the way it is in Japan.

    Satisfied with the hotel.

    Pros: Its cleanliness . The Onsen facility provided. A little bit far from station and center on snowing day. The restaurant at the lobby is nice and reasonable.

    Simple, convenient room on the way to or from the airport.

    Pros: Short local bus ride from New Chitose airport and free shuttle from the hotel to the airport in the morning. Good japanese breakfast at the attached restaurant.
