My key card wasnt working and front desk YELLED BANGING ON THE DOOR ISNT GOING TO WORK . (My spouse was in restroom and couldnt open the door for me). I told her I had to move the king bed and dresser so my spouse could get in restroom. Yes, YELLED at me and told me that I should have asked for another room. I WILL DELETE MY BOOKING. COM APP. They should have reps visit the properties they represent. DO NOT STAY IN THIS MOTEL. PAY A LITTLE MORE FOR BETTER SERVICE. I guess its true, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
