My stay at Quality Inn Viha was a pleasant one, primarily due to its central location, cleanliness.

Pros: I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Quality Inn Viha, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The central location of this hotel is truly a standout feature. Situated in the heart of the city, it made exploring the area a breeze, with many attractions and amenities within easy reach. The staff at Quality Inn Viha were courteous and accommodating. While I wouldn't necessarily describe them as outstanding, they were certainly helpful and made our stay quite comfortable. Their willingness to assist with any requests was appreciated, and their local knowledge came in handy when we were looking for recommendations. One aspect that truly stood out during my stay was the level of cleanliness at the hotel. The rooms were immaculate, and the common areas were well-maintained. It was evident that the staff took great care in ensuring a clean and hygienic environment, which provided peace of mind, especially during these times. One thing that really impressed me was the hotel's consideration for the drivers. They provided food for the drivers, a small but thoughtful gesture that demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. This act of kindness showed that Quality Inn Viha goes the extra mile to ensure a positive experience for all guests, including those who often go unnoticed.

Overall whenever I come to Kumbakonam I stay only in this Hotel. I have already been here few times.

Pros: The Buffet Breakfast was very good and its cost was also well balanced. I couldn't try the Lunch as we were out to a Temple and thus very busy. Staff were very helpful. I could see the whole premises quite clean and very well maintained.

Cons: I had a huge problem with the Entry & Exit being from the same Gate. Even if you do want to continue with it, you should see to it that customers coming in and going out should not spend lot of time chatting and wasting others time being on the pathway. I saw that one lady customer who was entering, spent lot of her time chatting with her driver and wasn't getting down and we were waiting for our Car to come. That could happen only if she got down and her Car left the place. This conversation of hers could have happened before she came in while driving all the way to this property. This much sense one should have. Some educated people seem to show off too much and don't care about others. Your security personnel should be there to explain this, not be a mute spectator and take care that others are not inconvenienced because of few who don't seem to care for others convenience and time. Also, our room spring bed was making noise. Either you should service its coil springs or change them. I personally don't prefer spring mattresses.

Cons: Since this is a pilgrim centre, and tourists come mainly to visit temples, it is better to have two restaurants i.e one Veg and one Non Veg. We didn't have any food at the restaurant as it is a mixed one.
