Worst accommodations ever!

Pros: Smoking room was the only thing that was positive. Everything else was bad!

Cons: No light bulb in lamps, nobody at front desk, had to call from cell phones to get help at front and then had to wait. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Insufficient shower curtain, had holes and no liner! Filthy, bedding had holes and stains, floor was nasty and the lady that does the breakfast was rude!!! Not a good neighborhood and I didn't feel very safe or secure. Would NEVER stay at this disgusting place again!! And the price for what I got in an empty place was ridiculously expensive!! A dumpster would be better!!!

Cons: Staff wasn't as friendly or helpful, 9am knocked my door asking me what time I'm going to check out, I couldn't have access to the wifi connection, I tried several times with the password they gave me.

Pros: The girl at the front desk was really nice

Cons: The whole reason I booked this “cheap” hotel was because it was the only one I could find that had a jacuzzi tub. my husband is a larger disabled gentleman and he needed to soak in an hot bath, not only were the handles, the faucet and the drain stopper loose, the tub was barely holding water, we were suggested to “clog the drain with a bag full of water” and then I was charged $50 more than the booking.com website said the room was going to be. The room was in poor condition, the paint was chipping off the walls, the grout was coming out and dirty.. there was a burn hole in the sheet.. there was rust around the drain… oh and I found a used condom wrapper in the couch..

Cons: "Breakfast" was a joke, waffles, cereal or pastries were the only option. The biscuits for the gravey were rock hard and cold. I never ate anything here. Although I was here 6 days, the South entry door would never close correctly or securely. There were 'street rat' type people milling around in that area and despite me advising the front desk of this issue,

This motel should be thoroughly inspected by the Kansas authorities for serious safety issues.

Pros: The bed was a full size bed rather than the two queen beds we expected but was comfortable.

Cons: Oh, I could write a book. I even have plenty of photos. The outside of the building is kept in complete darkness with electricity turned off all night to the large QI sign and all the parking lot lights. The door to the ground floor north wing which can be unlocked with a registered guest's room card, is supposed to be closed and locked while not being used. It won't lock automatically and must be physically pulled or pushed shut with considerable effort because the door doesn't fit well in the door frame. It will remain open by 1-2 inches if not physically closed. I found it open the 3 or 4 times I needed to use it. Anyone who wanted to get in without authorization could do so just about any time he wanted. The latch plate for the latch was missing 2 of the 3 screws required to hold it to the wooden door frame. It had obviously been pulled on hard by someone and was about to pull loose. In room #141, an ADA accessible room with a large bathroom, the hand shower would swivel on its mounting peg by high water pressure spraying water out on to the tile floor making it extremely slippery while flooding the floor. The shower had no tub as it was designed for a guest in a wheelchair to enter the flat floor roll-in shower. Someone had tried or possibly succeeded in breaking through the locked bathroom door fracturing the latching plate in two places. It was never fixed and looks like it was just painted. A ~3 by 4 inch piece of card stock paper was on the floor in the corner under the bathroom sink. It had obviously been there quite a while as black mold was covering all four edges of the paper. The room entry door was equipped with a strong dead bolt which was unusable because it didn't line up with the hole in the latching plate over the hole over the door frame. For some unknown reason the holes in the frame for the latch operated by the door handle and the dead bolt were stuffed with wadded up toilet paper.
