    Cons: Unkept grounds trash everywhere the room was never cleaned before we checked in. Cigarettes I room and hallway in a non smoking facility. The curtains were ripped carpet was dirty. It was not a pleasant stay but no refunds available

    Pros: It was conveniently located off the highway
    Cons: Of the 2 rooms that were booked both had key issues. Was not resolved on the evening we got there. We were told that the front desk would need to let us in when needed in our room. In the morning when we needed back in after breakfast the front desk staff (who we had to call at 10) made us 2 new keys and we were able to get in. Breakfast was cold, the hot water for tea was cold, there were no eggs and no one was around. The front area of the hotel was empty.

    Pros: Norhing!! Horrible!!
    Cons: Filthy! Garbage everywhere! People sitting on my car and throwing chairs and tables against the outside walls. No towels. Tub didn't drain. Moldy. Bug casings on the window sills. Broken safety latch on the door. Dirty towels and garbage on the hallway floors. No answer at the front desk phone. No answer from booking.com about a refund. I left and blocked my credit card. I refuse to pay to stay in filth and be unsafe!!

    Cons: The hotel was filthy inside and out. Other Guest was noisy and fighting. Kids running up and down the halls. We had four people in our room and was only allowed 2 towels. Holes in the wall and floors. Looked like poop stains on the carpet.gross.
