Cons: Change my account for 42.50 for damage pillow for two days. How did two adults damage a pillow. Did not notify me at all just change my account. I called all day to talk to manage no one would respond until 3:30 PM and was told to call back in morning. I give them a opportunity to get right, but they don't. I will not recommend no to go there, because you will get your money taken for some small pillows.

Pros: I like how clean it was when I stayed.

Cons: The doors didn’t work for my key. Therefore I had to walk all the way around.

Cons: Takes water a long to get hot n kinda got scared thought the toilet was gone run over but it didn't had to wait a couple minutes for the water to go down

Cons: Exterior was newly painted and landscaping was nicely done but people left their fast food trash and cigarette butts in parking lot ruining owners hardworking and investment

Friendly staff but crappy hotel

Pros: The staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent even though there was a some what limited seating area, especially considering they have signs posted stating you are not allowed to take your food out of the breakfast area.

Cons: The room was kind of gross if I'm being honest. The beds were comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise, but the carpet and walls were in desperate need of a deep clean. Add to that the fact I had to kill a giant cockroach after getting out of the shower, well I wasn't exactly thrilled. There was also no real noise control, which was frustrating especially later at night and early in the morning when I would have preferred to be sleeping. Was also disappointed by the lack to options on the tv. About 1/2 the channels were unavailable (no picture) and the ones that did have a picture were either full of static or had no sound leaving only a handful of options. The internet connection was also really crappy too and kept cutting out do to "poor connection". I can honestly say that after this most recent experience, combined with similar experiences at other Choice Hotel locations I will NEVER stay at another "Quality" Inn or any other hotel with in the Choice Hotel chain. Kind of wish I had simply opted to pay a little extra and stayed at Holiday Inn or Hampton Inn (which had block of room for the conference I was attending) instead because I know those hotels would have been clean.

Convenient and comfy. :)

Pros: Convenient location without being in the middle of atlanta or too bad on traffic, very affordable, friendly and helpful front desk staff.

Cons: A bit hard to access with luggage, the front doors are all manual so with your hands free it's a little difficult. Someone knocked on our door at 0300 and there was a very loud group of people on the third floor that came in and out yelling a number of times, around 2300 and 0230, but certainly no fault of the property itself. :) Very good value stay for the budget Atlanta visit!

Will definitely stay here again.

Pros: The staff accommodated or needs as we requested. They were definitely their to make us feel welcome and enjoy our stay. Absolutely love the courtyard with a fountain!

Cons: Hubby commented about the hard floors (he likes carpeting).

Pros: The staff was friendly and the location was good

Cons: My room's toilet wouldn't stop running , the mirror in my room was shattered and should have been taken down instead it was left for next person, the mirror was by the door so it made it difficult to enter and exist without carefully passing. The window in the room opened for fresh air but no screen, had to keep widow closed and room was stuffy. I had twin beds and both beds sheets were filthy, I bring my own so it wasnt a bother but I kept finding carpet bugs everywhere. I also had a family of roaches living in the air conditioner so I never used it. These things happen within the first 2 days of my stay, on the third day my room was sold and in the middle of the night someone tried to use key card to enter, luckily my door was latched and moments later I get a call from front desk confirming my name and was advised I had beed placed under incorrect room in computer and she was sorry she gave my room away. The next morning I didn't realize my room keys stopped working and I was locked out of hotel after getting breakfast. I complained and ask for room change and was told I had to wait for manager. I stayed in my car last 2 nights and the night before checkout I go to the room to shower to only find that house keeping gas taken all towels, dirty and clean from the room, didn't take the trash or do the bed and left me with no towels at all.
