Quality Inn is a brand under the Choice Hotel groups that caters accommodation and lodging services for the midscale segment of the hotel industry. In 2018, Quality Inn added more hotels under its brand name in the 3-star category, more than any other hotel brands ever did in the globe.

 

Quality Inn continues to grow more with additional properties slated to open this 2019. In 2017, the hotel opened 88 new hotels, 7% higher than the 81 hotels they opened in 2016.     Great location for Mayo patients...

    Pros: It's a great place to stay while going back & forth to the Mayo for appts. Having the suite with a full-size fridge is very nice. The separate bedroom & extra sink also comes in handy.

    Pros: Price was great. Continental breakfast was convenient.
    Cons: I based stay from reviews and my room was nowhere near what reviews stated as far as comfort and nice. It felt like I was in a college apartment with the style and shape of furniture. Room could use updating. Some furniture very worn. Bed sagged. Bathroom ceiling paint peeling bad.

    Great for families with young...

    Pros: I appreciated having a separate room with a door for sleeping away from the main area. The beds were comfortable. The towels were nice. It was great to have a full fridge available to us.
    Cons: It would have been nice to have some bedding for the pullout sofa available in the room. We were able to share bedding off one of the beds so it wasn't terrible, but not ideal.

    Pros: Nice hot breakfast, large room with sofa, recliner, & mini kitchenette. Just no plates, or cooking utensils. Had microwave.
    Cons: We were on 1st floor & entered our room from outside but right by our car. Getting to breakfast meant going outside to get to lobby & putting on a coat.

    There was more NOT to...

    Pros: Shuttle service to & from Mayo Clinic was exceptional! We had four different appointments during the day. We didn't have to battle the wind, snow storm, parking, extra walking & misery. Thank you for that service.
    Cons: •That it didn't have a pool. •That there was no elevator to the second floor. My wife, being disabled, unable to walk the steps, I had to pay an additional $20 per night for a room on the 1st floor. •That we had to go outside to get to our room during the blizzard with her walker in the snow storm in -6°. Other rooms had an inside entrance. I complained about the extra for being disabled so maybe that's why we were put in that room!
