Pros: I loved the patio entrance right where the car was parked, and having a little balcony if you're in the second floor. The hot tub and the pool was great, especially after skiing /snowboarding. I liked the mini fridge and microwave and even had a few dishes with dish soap. In all, great value, location wise, good, everything is close in Saint-Sauveur, it's a super small town.

Cons: The rooms could have been cleaner, like the walls and spaces that you don't see right away. And the beds/pillows weren't the most comfortable. The WiFi wasn't very strong.

10/10 for Mario at check in. The lady at check out seemed fed up and didnt have Marios charisma or helpfulness.

Cons: CHECK UNDER THE FITTED SHEETI had such a horrible experience here. No wifi, which they hung up on me twice when I called about it respectfully (i had work to do). Then i was heading to bed and the bed and extra blanket supplied was full of someone's hair. Counters werent wiped, toothpaste on the mirror, a chunk of hair on the couch back rest. They gave us new sheets and when we removed the fitted sheet it was DISGUSTING. Like it was never cleaned. It was full of food and the guy couldnt find a new mattress cover. We packed our stuff to leave and when i tried to explain the state of the room the guy freaked out and threatened to call the cops??? He said they never get complaints yet the guy working at night told us they were having issues with the cleaning people. We were kind until that point. He refused to even give us a discount and still charged us the whole stay. DONT GO. Ps Mario desk guy needs anger management therapy. ON TOP OF THAT. booking.com is not giving us a refund because the hotel is ignoring their calls. So I am paying for 3 nights worth even though it was so gross that I left after 1 night

Cons: Mildew in lower level ceiling near pool. Our Unit: toilet bowl dirty, floor not vacuumed, unit needed dusting and some of the dishes were dirty. My sister also booked a unit on another level: bed sheets were not clean, nor the floor vacuumed. Which tells me this is not an isolated incident.
