Cons: Yes, I understand you get what you pay for. We paid $261 for our room. That’s still not very cheap. But this place is horrible and it wasn’t worth the money. When we arrived to the hotel, the lady at the hotel was outside smoking with someone I’m assuming was her friend. She told us she would be inside in a minute, and took at least 10 minutes. Once we finally got to our room, the trash was still full, and the towels were USED. There was also no toilet paper. The lady did let us know at the desk that they were short staffed and house keeping is every 3 days. However, it is UNACCEPTABLE to not have cleaned a room knowing new people are coming to stay in it. When my boyfriend went to ask the lady for new sets of towels, she gave him ONE rag and ONE towel. There is 2 of us. I paid for 2 guests. He didn’t realize this until he got back to the room. When he went back downstairs to ask for another one, staff was nowhere to be found. We stayed for 4 nights and it was like that the entire stay. Staff was almost never at the desk if we needed anything. The main reason I wanted to stay at this hotel was for the breakfast. However, in the breakfast room, the machine for both Apple and orange juice was broken. Not like we could go to the vending machine because that was broken too. Also, once they run out of food at the breakfast buffet, they don’t put more out. At this point, I realized I was completely fed up with this place. Our second night we also saw a cockroach just sitting on the floor in front of the front desk and the man who was there just left it. (Picture attached). All in all, this place is terrible. Would NOT recommend. I personally felt like each day our stay got worse and worse.
