Cons: There were no restrooms available while waiting in lobby for over 20 mins for someone to show up at front desk., no breakfast for your stay the whole time , homeless people in hallways, the smell of Marijuana and pee in hallways, the staff working was not helpful at all and couldn't answer any of the questions that were asked. I had to switch rooms 3 times because of faulty objects in room or poor room quality For 600.00 stay

Pros: This was a nice hotel until the new "owners" took over. Within two days of them "owning" it , everyone who was staying there suddenly was kicked out due to a "water main break" that wasn't going to be fixed for weeks per the new owners. So a hotel full of guests, some long term, were left at 5pm on a Sunday trying to find somewhere to go. And no, these "owners" were no help. Their help was calling the police to have several people "trespassed" because they had no way of moving all of their belongings in that short of time, let alone finding another hotel, when they'd already paid their reservations to this hotel. If you didn't have all your belongings out in an hour, it became "their property". Now keep in mind, most everybody still had days, if not weeks paid up in reservations.. Their rooms were paid for. There was no reason if it was just a water main break we couldn't have been relocated to another hotel, taken what we absolutely needed and the remainder of our items stayed in our rooms secured with our doors locked. Being that back in November the water main broke and we went through this with the previous on site managers, who were absolutely PHENOMENAL and made sure every person in that hotel was relocated in another hotel at their cost. Because it was an inconvenience to us, the customer! No, Not these new "owners" conveniently they had everyone kicked out yesterday because of this horrible water main break that would take weeks, but they're back open today? They took everyone's money, changed policies in the middle of our stays, walked in our rooms unannounced. Just used their master keys and let themselves in, claiming it was for "inspections" There is a lot wrong with how they did everything about the guests and frankly their employees, this last week at this hotel.

Cons: The second the new owners stepped foot in the building. They wonder why the pipes burst? Even the building wants them gone!

Pros: Absolutely nothing, when we got to the hotel after the chiefs game we had to wait for the lady to come to the front desk, then they didnt have the heat on in the lobby or the hallways, then she said that she didnt have our room that had a double queen. We ended up getting a 1 bed room each for the both of us then the door didnt lock on one of the rooms then the other room the heater didnt work and was broke and there was a huge draft of cold air coming through the heater. The sheets had a bunch of dirty marks on them the bathroom had water covered on the floor the tub was filthy there was absolutely no water pressure so I couldnt even take a shower. The tv didnt have of the lights didnt turn on. The room that didnt lock was 126 and the other was 136. The service wasnt great there wasnt wash cloths

This place is not worth the money!

Pros: The location to Arrowhead Stadium was really good.

Cons: We arrive and someone else was in our room. The second room, the bathroom light didnt work. The third room was better, but there was a big hole in the sheet (see attached photos). No hot water our entire stay. Also, no batteries in the remote to the tv. We had to supply our own to watch tv. Staff dont seem to care probably because management doesnt care. The hotel was run down for the cost. Needs major renovations. You also have to pay $100 deposit that I still havent gotten back. This is to prevent you from leaving the card key in the room or taking it home. Most likely they didnt assign the third room to my name and that is why the deposit that is still showing as a charge on my credit card.

Crappy Hotel!

Pros: Liked nothing at all. It is a terrible hotel! Would not recommend. See below dislikes for wanting a discount as promised by hotel.

Cons: Hotel has gone down hill. Had to change rooms 2 times. First room 206 had no hot water, the heater didn't work, toilet was backed up, sink would not drain, only 3 light bulbs working, phone didn't work, only had 1 towel, had to slam door to get it to close, door from outside closest to the room was locked which is a fire safety violation, ice machines didn't work and told to take key to gas station next door for free ice which was not true! Second room 234 smoke alarm was chirping and was told to take it down another fire code violation, I refused to do it! 3rd room 232 which we stayed every thing worked but had low water pressure and the light and fan in bathroom would not shut off! Was told I would get discount for the inconvenience and did not. And the $100 hold on my debit card still has not been credited back!

Cons: Dirty sheets. No blanket. Staff said we could not get more sheets or blanket. No ice machine. No water in vending machine. No toilet paper. Had to go to desk and ask for it. Had a second night scheduled that was nonrefundable. Still stayed elsewhere.

Cons: Dirty overall, had to give them an extra deposit, no TV or chairs in room, brown water, no water pressure in shower. Lots of obvious drug dealers in the hallway. Awful
