Pros: Lovely fresh breakfast items, all high quality and plentiful. The room was small but exactly as described. Decor throughout looked as the photos.

Cons: The window in the room didn’t have a great view as it looked onto the back of other very nearby buildings. A room at the front of the hotel would’ve been nicer.

Charming gem in a great...

Pros: Great value for money! The area is beautiful, safe and very well connected. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was very clean and cozy. Would definitely stay there next time!

Pros: Room was as expected and described. On the small side but manageable. A stardard double with a large comfortable bed. Lovely decor throughout. Excellent value for money for Paris. The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Bitter experience on my departure

Pros: Location is very convenient yet away from the main traffic. On my arrival the lady at the reception was very helpful. The room is nice and the heating was working properly. Breakfast was nice.

Cons: On my departure, I was asked to pay the full amount for my stay despite the fact that I had already paid for each of my two nights separately. The man at the reception assumed that this additional payment was required because of my "no show". I only booked this hotel in the morning on a day of my arrival and "no show" was certainly not my case. I initially paid for one night and paid for it. I than extended my stay for another night and paid for it yet my hotel card was not updated. On my departure there was wrong record of my payment and I was demanded to pay again. In the afternoon before my departure I requested to book a taxi for 9 a.m. in the morning and was told that no taxi available. In whole Paris no taxi? Does it mean that this hotel works with selected number of taxi drivers? How inconvenient it is for the clients. I accepted a taxi for 7 a.m. and it costed me 140 euro to change my train tickets instead of sitting and waiting in a very cold train station.

Pros: Great location , interesting decor.

Cons: Classic room is tiny, especially for the price that it is. When I moved in I ran my finger across the wall that was touching the bed and my finger was grey. When I told reception he gave me a puzzled look as if I’m being unreasonable. The room smelled old and very musty.

Excellent choice for a few...

Pros: This hotel is perfectly located near all touristic places, but without the crowds. You can easily access several subway lines in a 600m walking distance. The room is bigger than average and the bed is super comfortable. It is above the average in Paris. All staff was attentive and very friendly.

Cons: The breakfast is in the basement, with no windows. The food was also a bit limited, with some fruits and bread, same every day.
