    Good, but facilities a bit dated.

    Pros: Location / price
    Cons: The mattress was terrible and I felt the springs digging in. To the staffs credit, they offered me another room with a better mattress . The ac on the balcony was super noisy and needed to trip it at the main unit to shut it down.

    Cons: Kitchen did not have a frying pan. There was a wok but everything stuck to it. Outside table was covered in dirt. Bed seemed bent and uncomfortable

    Cons: Check in we had to wait 10 minutes for someone arrive and it was about 2pm Friday afternoon. People had a very noisy party on level 7 which lasted for hours. 4.am I had to call management to shut it down. Permanent tenant apparently. (Relative of staff possibly?)

    Pros: the check in process is easy. The 2 bedroom apartment is great, has a washing machine and a full fridge and kitchen, which is handy for our large family attending sporting events and needing easy ways to feed the tribe. We love the secure parking and under cover garage. Walking distance to the football stadium, and its a fun walk there too with all the locals making their way to the game. Scooters are available for quick trips into the city centre. Eateries are a short walk across the car park. A cute coffee shop across the road which made really nice coffee for the early morning start.
    Cons: The beds are starting to become springy and uncomfortable. We have stayed here a lot and I noticed the beds are failing this time around. Need new mattresses! The pool area is very poorly maintained and honestly is a waste of space. not good for families or larger groups (the pool) The hallways and stairs need a good clean, we were met with a bad smell leaving our room everyday.

    Pros: The staff was very, very friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious. The view from the apartment was gorgeous, overlooking the river and could see the new cowboys stadium. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Townsville.
    Cons: Nothing....... Only that I didn't stay long enough to enjoy the room.
