    Wonderful

    We were happy with our stay but the hotel could improve on some things to make the stay even better.

    Pros: Good sunset view of the Nile River. Hotel upgraded us for free to a room with view of the Nile. The manager, Ali Moussa, and the reception desk staff were all very nice and helpful.
    Cons: We had half board but no drinks were included, even water at dinner time and it was not stated in the website. As a suggestion, water should at least be included at dinner time. The cleaning staff were not very efficient. On 2 occasions, they forgot to leave towels in the room. We tried to ring the reception to have it delivered to our room but no one picked up. We had no choice but to go to reception to get the towels late at night.

    Pros: The staff are excellent.. huge hotel by the nile .. very clean .. big spacious rooms .. great location
    Cons: The room toilets & switches seemed a little dated but not a major concern at all. Breakfast has many items but probably can improve in variety

    Cons: The room wasnt the room we booked, it was dirty, couldnt open the patio door to balcony, no information in the room. We had 1 key card between 2 of us, and had to hand it to the desk when we went off site. Managers didnt want to do anything to help.

    Very comfortable stay

    Pros: The staff were all exceptionally friendly and wanting to take care of us. We were greeted by the customer experience manager Hagar who had given us a free upgrade to a suite with a view of the Nile. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable and we loved the view!
    Cons: I have nothing to note. The facilities were comfortable and clean and we were very happy!

    Pros: This hotel has the best staff. Especially Ahmed Mohey and the night manager Mahmoud and the female manager. They are very professional, friendly and kind. They helped us a lot. We are really appreciated.

    Pros: Amazing location in front of Nile River. The pool are is great and bedrooms are Ok
    Cons: Pool service (I had to pay on the spot for every drink instead of doing it all together in the checkout). Airco from Suite was not the best.

    To expensive for what they offer

    Pros: Nice hotel with great swimming pools and has a great location.
    Cons: Hotel is under renovation. The part that still has to be done is very outdated. Non smoking rooms still smell like smoke. The price they ask is to much for the state that it is in at this point. Gym is not working because of all broken equipment.

    So nice hotel

    Pros: The hotel was quite amazing and the stay was fabulous.. As the check in process with Mostafa and Ahmed as they were fast and professional also for the front office manager Sameh along best handling any problem with Ali moussa from front office they were all welcoming.. The Lourna and Rovina + yassin was outstanding too from explaining the whole hotel. Last but not least the housekeeping work was professional. The f.b Tarek he was amazing and nasser + Mahmoud I will come again...

    Pros: The hotel has a very large pool and lots of facilities (bars, restaurants, shops, cafs). The view of the Nile and surrounding countryside on the West Bank is stunning at sunset. There's also very nice gardens. It's in a good location (5 minute drive from Luxor Train Station) the room had access to a large shared balcony and also had a nice bathtub and shower.
    Cons: The room could have benefited from more accessible electrical outlets.
