Modern, comfortable and central hotel stay

Pros: Modern and centrally located property with helpful staff

Cons: There was some building work so reception was a bit confusing but that will be over with soon

Dishonest, unorganized and rude staff.

Pros: The room and location were nice.

Cons: Everything in the building was not working. The AC was out in all rooms. There was construction at 7 AM every day, which also meant the elevator wasnt working, so you had to walk your bags up the stairs. The spa would take 20 minutes to warm up, while you only have an hour in there for the res, while multiple employees walked in during the 'private' spa time. The worst part was that the entire hotel guest population was complaining about this, and the front staff literally mocked them saying they wouldnt fix anything.

Excellent customer service combined with stylish yet comfortable surroundings.

Pros: A beautiful hotel well located in the heart of beautiful Palma. Lovely spaces, rooms , ambience and breakfast. One of Its strengths was most definitely customer service. A problem with our room was sorted out promptly, with kindness and professionalism, particularly by Anna , making us feel both valued and respected. Such an asset to an already service-focussed team.

The perfect city stay in Palma: centric, luxurious and stylish

Pros: We got a free upgrade to the Puro Grand Hotel just around the corner, and after an issue with some noise outside the room, we even got a second upgrade to a very spacious room. The rooms are very stylish and the roof top terrace yet has to be topped by any other place. Also, the service from reception - especially from of Anna - was super friendly and helpful. Thank you again for making this stay so special!

Cons: Due to a wedding lunch that took longer than planned, we were not able to get our table for dinner in the wonderful restaurant inside Pure Grand Hotel. But as a compensation, the chef de service setup a nice table including heating in the beautiful patio, which made this dinner very exclusive to us :-)

Pros: location is perfect! you are in the middle of the historic downtown close to many restaurants and bars and only steps to the cost path. The food is super good at the hotel and the room very comfy, clean and full of nice details
